I've been thinking about a solution how to get rid of the dust during drilling/sanding and this video inspired me. Thank you mister, Gonna build my own soon. 👌👍
I have a feeling it would be faster to just hose up the chips after the cut, rather than having to setup the dust port for every hole. Double so as it doesn't get all the dust. But as an attachment for the spindle sanding bit, it seems to work great! That's really where the fine dust comes from any way. Would have enjoyed some voice over as well. Good job!
Tonis Piip I agree, I also don't use it quite a lot when drilling holes but I have quite a bit of grinding work and here I think it works quite well. Without it, the entire workshop quickly becomes full of grinding dust. Unfortunately, my English is not good enough for speech films.
Very nice work. I think it is mostly useful for grinding dust, drilling is not really a problem unless I drill a lot, and in that case I run the vac a few times during the work to clean the area. The chuck is a big problem for this machine. It's a crappy chuck made for impact hand drills, not for bench drill machines. I changed mine, and that upgrade is really necessary for this machine. During all the years after the change I never had any issues with the chuck, the drill bits never ever fell out in the middle of a drilling work and the runout is also much less now. Here is a video about how to change the chuck to a better one: th-cam.com/video/nCqVoaGVK8g/w-d-xo.htmlsi=keE4udXOp34wgY5U

Nice mod (both the table and the extractor). Will look at doing something similar myself. Thanks for sharing

Отличное приспособление, отличное пылеудаление - конструкция достойна подражания, впрочим как и все ваши приспособления.

Hola, ¿ Podria poner las dimensiones o plano del accesorio de succiòn?
Unfortunately I have no drawings or measurements but it is also not necessary as it must be according to the tool it is to be used with.
@@Harris-DIY Thank you so much

Tak for kommentaren. Sliberullerne kan købe i sæt i alle byggemarkeder og på nettet (AliExpress og EBay) Prøv at se Harald Nyborg eller Biltema.
