I think they mounted your right rear tire on wrong. It might not matter too much but they are directional, so it isn’t cleaning the treads out like it should. Sweet little tractor!

If you remove the muffler on the front that would help you direct the pipe up through the hood. You could leave it the small diameter pipe and then go with a hood stack. Hood stack would mount to the hood. And would sit over the other pipe. That way you still have full function of the hood.
Also like mentioned before. Your right rear tire is mounted backwards.
