So when you become 80% of the people that lose their millions eventually within five years. Your mom won’t lose her house cause she can’t afford the ridiculous monthly payments. So pay it off while you still have money.
Taxes on a big nice house in cali ain’t cheap. It probably was paid off and she just couldn’t afford the taxes on it. Plus all the utilities on a big house get high too.
