Another way to make your archers stand still is to place them on top of pillars. Place the pillar(however tall you want), then put a ceiling, place archer in center of ceiling and then remove ceiling. The archer will stay in place and can even shoot enemies right below them. I use this method all around outside my by base in pvp.
@ my wife reminded me that Funcom also did something with the crenellated walls. If you put a quiver down at the crenellated wall the archer will stay in place a guard that spot as well. I’m not sure if it was something they were selling in the bazar. You can probably look it up.
@@NUTTHERALLY I will definitely check that out! Thanks again for the comments I'm pretty sure it's the archer post that you can place on the walls but the problem with that is, if the enemy comes to close they don't shoot. But I will definitely experiment with that abit more
The issue with the huntress is that the 15% bonus replaces any bonuses provided by potions (at least last time I tried it). The reach of the red mother is best imo, high damage and doesn't replace any potion bonuses when equipping it.
Since most high dmg thralls are strength based (not sure why he went agility with Spinas and the Zerker here), Derketo's Voice is the best Strength bow. It's also very easily farmable. For purge defense it makes more sense to take Volcano thralls, Berserkers, Dalinsia, etc down the strength tree and put them in heavy strength armor (or, as a compromise, Perfected Heavy). In purges (and PVP) shit will go wrong, and when it does your thralls aren't sitting there in light armor with just an Agility bow, and can hold their own in melee with a backup Strength weapon.
