I would reccomend something even better. It takes some time to set it up and there will be a starting investment (web camera), but then no subscription will be required, since it sits in your PC not as a web service. Create character in MidJourney as is described in this video, but then use Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Character Animator and create avatar that will copy your movement even lipsync with you via webcam in real time. It may seems a little bit complicated at the first glance, but there are some great tutorials to help you set it all up in a day even if you never worked with it before. Non of the today's AI movement generators can compete with it.

Great video! Is there a way, in Midjourney or any other generator, where you can create a character and make some images. Then go on vacation for a week. Then come back and continue making new images with that same character? Thanks.

Upscalling your video is what I was missing cos using D Id voice over made the videos I have created in the past hair or head move weirdly - I will try the cap cut upscale and see how it goes
OK. For the head moving weirdly. Check properly. The image might be tilted or not sitting properly. I use to have those weird movements till I fixed it.

@@thezinnystudio I’m starting to think it’s not me. I cannot get to the sign up area for subscriptions. Each time I go, it gives me the option to Join Beta or log in. Both do nit lead to subscription or new accounts. Is this a typical issue? I’m extremely frustrated here. My execution goal is way off. I wanted to do this today. The video is so inspiring and this is radically anti climatic. Thank you!

1. Open a midjourney account
2. Open a discord account if you don't already have before clicking join beta.
3. Then go back to your midjourney account you will see menu, click you will see subscription. From there you can chose a plan to subscribe to.
4. You can go back into discord to test it out or, you can use the Midjourney website it self to start creating images.

That's strange. Double check the image and make sure it is centered and not one sided. Also try to zoom into the face abit, if it seems far.

Thanks for watching. I know there is heygen similar to D-ID. Now for all the lipsycing tools, they provide you with limited credits per month, so you have to use it wisely. If you want to create a 20mins video, you will need to decide where to use the avatar and where not to. Maybe max 2mins and makeup for the remaining 18mins. If you want to use a talking Avatar through out the video, you will burn out your credit on just one video and it will get pretty expensive very fast. That is why you see some people create a masked avatar and just make it look like it is talking, so they can use it for any length they want without burning a hole in their pocket. But if you want your avatar to talk , you will have to be strategic.

To be honest you need a laptop or an ipad. A phone wont be sufficient unfortunately.

Yes I record a new voice over for every video.
Instead of changing using the subtle button, just change the expression with the region tool.

Which plan do you have with ID in order to have the videos watermarks removed?
I use the pro plan, but it still have a tiny watermark, at the bottom corner that I remove when editing my videos.

If you are using the trial plan, they will be watermark all over the video, but if you are using any payed plan and this is happening. Kindly contact their support and they will fix it for you.

Hi zinny, I've watched this video so many times but the url part confuses me. Essentially how is that part important
When I “vary subtle” the image. It doesn’t give me the option to edit anything(remix prompt). It just uploads whatever it wants.

@@CodeSwitch. just figured it out last night. Type /settings and press enter. Then you should see something that says remix turn that option on. But tbh this worked for me “vary region” not “vary subtle”. I like vary region option better.

I want to create regular 15-20 minute TH-cam videos using my own custom (photo) avatar. Can you recommend the software i would need to do that?
I don't know of any program that you can create that length of video for An Avatar you won't be paying heavily and it won't be worth it. Or else you want your avatar to be be lipsynced and use a mask, then when you create such avatar, you can use it as long as you like. But if you want it talking like the one I created in this tutorial. You can only use it max for 2mins for strategic places and fill the other mins with something else.

What do I do? The text box does not show up when I use the “vary region” function.
Type /settings in midjourney. Once that opens up select remix and close the settings try varying again and the box should appear.
What the D-iD what type of account do you need to make this? there is two types of accounts; API and studio. Also how pricey does D-iD get because i noticed in their monthly plans it only includes like 30 mins of video a month that isn't a lot
I use the studio and for the monthly plan that what I use. I try to manage that. I only use it to generate the intro, outro and some I between of my videos. Every other thing is screen recorded.

@thezinnystudio It's actually fixed. I have the pro version so idk why the watermarks were everywhere. I reached out to customer service and they corrected it. Thanks for replying, I appreciate it.
