another artist which is a must in my opinion is Omu Gnom. unfortunately, I'm not very familiar with his work myself so I can't really give a proper recommendation. however, I know he recently released an album in late 2019 (Muzica de pus pe ganduri) and from what I've heard it is a good one, so I'm pretty sure you can't go wrong with anything from it. off the top of my head I would say 'Metehne II' and 'Pretext' are good choices from this album.
I have other artist recommendations but I'll keep them coming one by one :D
