Good to see humans in a shopping mall as opposed to all the dying malls that are the majority. But if this is leading up to Christmas, this is very quiet. Don't know why the experience of physically going out and seeing and touching goods is out of favour in the US, maybe if they combined everything under the one roof, or supermarkets, butchers, fruit and veg, hairdressers, banks, coffee shops, bakeries and a large range of retailers, think the crowds would be back. One week to Christmas here, car parks are overflowing, malls crammed with people and some of the larger ones open 24 hrs prior to Christmas. What polar opposites!

This upscale destination mall has two huge advantages. It's located on I-95 giving shoppers from PA and MD easy access, and DE has no sales tax.
This is a busy mall. No stores empty either.

I remember this mall when it first opened as a kid. It had style back then. Now it's just a generic, cold, sterile mall.
