@@DarkAbyss-em5ly I know, but when you make a fanfiction, you have to still try to stick with the rules and world originally made. Otherwise, it isn’t fanfiction anymore. It becomes a rip-off of the original at that point. However, a little change every here and there is definitely ok. Things like Veridian, those are great fanfictions. They follow the rules, keep the world the has already been premade, and ever tries exploring new and even better options for the story. Stories like these, just feel like I’m reading a story, but the protagonist was made by a teenager who hates to lose and just inserted themselves as the main character, comepletely changing the story, and so much more. It feels like I’m watching toddlers fighting over who’s toy is better, but there is only one toy.

@theonomaly6389 idk I prefer the iron man, and bat man fanfics for this universe at least so far. Both of those kept with what you would expect from someone having the resources to be either in the mha universe, this owlman one isn't exactly up there mostly because he didn't stick with the vigilante bit, there have been plenty of really well written vigilante stories, I enjoy a good izu×momo but this just seems a bit too convenient to be anything other than the author pushing this story in that direction. Not really much out of the ordinary though I do remember one harem story that had a far better storyline than this, which is basically the railroaded version of that. But even in our world there are definitely people who could do the batman/iron man thing, maybe not as easily with the Ironman side of things but batman is doable, and I'm sure there's plenty of people motivated enough to do the vigilante shindig, that being said there's plenty of room for unrealistic stuff in the mha universe because quirks are bullshit, lmao.
