- BAKIT NGA BA KELANGAN LINISAN ANG THROTTLE BODY??
Dapat lagi malinis ang throttle body upang maiwasan natin ang pag taas ng menor or IDLE. Ang dahilan nito ay ang mga dumi na nakasuksok or nakapaligid sa loob ng throttle body at nire-ristrict nya ang pag galaw ng flopper at nahihirapan si throttle na maibalik si throttle sa default position.

pero kunyare bago na sya spark plugs mo. Next nun is ung hi tension wire ung pinagkakabitan ng spark plugs po.

IDLE LEARN PROCEDURE
Whenever the battery cables, the engine control module
(ECM), or the ECM fuse is disconnected or replaced, the
following idle learn procedure must be performed:
1.Turn the ignition ON for 5 seconds.
2.Turn the ignition OFF for 5 seconds.
3.Turn the ignition ON for 5 seconds.
4.Start the engine in park/neutral.
5.Allow the engine to run until the engine coolant is
above 185° F (85°C ).
6. Turn the A/C ON for 10 seconds, if equipped.
7. Turn the A/C OFF for 10 seconds, if equipped.
8. If the vehicle is equipped with an automatic trans-
axle, apply the parking brake. While pressing the
brake pedal, place the transaxle in D (drive).
9. Turn the A/C ON for 10 seconds, if equipped.
10. Turn the A/C OFF for 10 seconds, if equipped.
11. Turn the ignition OFF. The idle learn procedure is
complete.

Base on my experience kc sir ganyan nangyayari pag naglilinis ka ng throttle ng di kinakalas po nataas talaga rpm nya.
Meron po ako sinend sayo na manual resetting ng idle ng optra po natin

Yes opo sabay po dapat kc diba 2 ang fan ng optra natin.
Ung left side is un ung radiator fan po natin.
Ung nakatapat sa aircon compressor yan ung fan ng aircon ang tawag po dun is auxilliary fan.

problema unstable rpm... lalo na kapag switch ng AC bumabagsak minsan namamatay... tapos instead of 1 click minsan 2 click start at minsan need apakan e-rev para mag start sasakyan

Inspect nyo po mga vacuum hoses natin lalo na ung vacuum hose sa MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor.
Isa yan sa symptom kaya ka namamatayan po si optra natin.
2nd. Inspect na din spark plug condition baka kinukulang ng kuryente po.
3rd linisan nyo po ang throttle body pwede naman po un i DIY natin after linisan i try nyo po i idle learn reset with out scanner ni chevy. Nakalagay din to sa service manual ni optra ung reset idle w/o scan tool.

Mostly kc sir,
Pag di mo kinalas ung throttle body at dun mo lang nilinisan ng nakakabit sa sasakyan. Nagha high rpm sya naabot sya ng 3k rpm sa odometer sa unang start epekto kc un ng kemikal na inispray natin at nalanghap nya kaya much better na kalasin nalang at sa baba linisan. Maselan po kc ang optra sa ganyan lalo na yang throttle body.

Yung dumi po kc madalas ang nagpapa stuck sa menor ng optra natin. Kumbaga di na maibalik ng ayos ung flopper nya sa default position.
Pero kung malinis naman na po sya.
Next nyo i check ung mga vacuum hoses po natin. Isa din po yan sa nagpapa taas ng idle po ni optra natin.

Sir optra 20008 ko po namamatay pag ka start , pag apak sa gas... ano po ang dapat gawin?

Nasubukan nyo na po ba linisan ang throttle body nya ng tulad sa video na ginawa ko po?
Kung nagawa mo po na un.
Subukan mo ung hard reset na tinatawag.
Kakalasin mo ung both positive at negative cable ng battery.
Then after mo makalas alisin mo po ang battery sa kinalalagyan nya para meron ka gain access sa hard reset.
After matanggal battery. Pagdikitin mo ung positive cable at negative cable ng battery for 5 mins po mas maganda talian nyo nalang sila.
Then test po ulet ninyo kung magmamanifest ulet ang problem.
