Vinny's comm of "Another officer up on the white roof, I dont know the direction" gotta be the most L callout Ive heard in a while in a game.
Even without it being a bad comm as he was referring to Ramee's position, its still the most vague shit ever. Half of Vespucci/the buildings in that area of their stills have white roofs. Also, that would be North bucko, and I havent played the game in years. Specifically Northwest, if you are referring to the stills spot being the center of the scene.
So hydra have 30 Stills on Hydra Turf That give Ping Every day don't give Shit

hydra actually check the stills any close to breaking dont get used, its not hard to examine a still before you use it

they only gets pings when stills break thats why it popped up to ramee
if someone cooks on them as the still breaks the cops get a ping and hydra just checks on their still every couple days so that doesnt happen

how am i seeing marshals with brdm 2's with a graphical overhaul while some of the most basic mechanics are hardly even polished. also i think even MP's dont have brdms irl let alone one with a KVPT or PKT gun

MP's have ASV's that can mount 50's and Mk 19's, but they are being phased out for the M-ATV's. Just a bit of irl info for you. The 90mm ASV, not so much, no.
