And if that wasnt fun enough, i also got the dr fetus or something. It made me trow bombs when i held attack, or shoot like infinite bombs in a row with the other charackter. Its was reallt fun lol. I also beat the lamb lol. Was hard, but before the final boss room i got the gnawed leaf (stand still to statue) item, and i just had to wait haha

I used to be very much into Isaac, but after I got all the achievements, I felt like I was done with the game. The new character didn't feel too great for me, but after watching this video, I'll be sure to give him another chance. Let's hope I can get all the new achievements too :')
This gives me a challenge idea. "Batter Up!" You start as The Forgotten, with Lost Contact and Dr. Fetus. The way The Forgotten knocks away tears rather than despawning them with Lost Contact, and how he tosses bombs with Dr. Fetus reminds me of baseball.
Coming back with good news... There is a mod that reskins the bone to baseball bat. And new character "Ness" that starts with the baseball bat and... Ludo
The Forgotten is the only character that I like to pick up the Wiz with as it's a nice 20/20 replacement and that means the chances of getting a doubleshot are way higher than before
I just got a Forgotten run that had Magic Mush, Mom’s knife and monstro’s lung! The Lung just makes you spew lots of bones, and with good damage, this can obliterate enemies!
I think that lost contact + soy milk is the best because its baseball but 1: you swing at incredibly fast rate 2: enemies are pitchers so you dont have to run to your ball to hit it 3: its just fun as hell ESPECIALLY with anti-grav
I just unlocked The Forgotten the other day, and on my very first run, I got Ludovico, Technology, Lost Contact, 3 Dollar Bill, and Ipecac. It was awesome.
I think another awesome synergy (well double synergy) is polyphemus + haemoglocia you get this massive club that when attacks drops tons of little damaging tears and its super strong!
Just today I got ludovico with the forgotten and one floor later I came across broken mirror, I picked it up and suddenly my baseball of a tear started to fly around the room at mach 37, I recommend you try because it was really fun to see it just zip zap around like lightning (I don't know whether or not it does this with other character but this was the first time I came across it)
Don't forget if you have a boss that may be tough with your short range brimstone, don't worry about it just switch to the soul for the normal version. That's what's so fun about the forgotten he has two ways to use most of his attacks
@@OlexaYT that's funny cause I do especially cause he shoots faster than the forgotten but he's a little risky to use I think the soul should only be used when it's absolutely necessary
Take Ludivico and add Spoonbender for some wicked curve shots to the enemies. Maybe even a shot speed down from something like blue cap so the homing can work better?
Honorable Mention to Polyphemus, it's braindead as hell but it just gives you a massive extremely high damage melee swing, at the cost of slower fire rate.
Mix Ludo and Interdimensional Baby and switch between the body and the soul - That causes another tear to spawn and to become duplicated by the baby. Time to fill the room with baseballs!
Few synergies I thought up. Ludo + Dr fetus + Pyromaniac. (Sorry for bad spelling) Ludo + brimstone moms knife + soymilk + chocolate milk. Soymilk + Dr fetus I don't know if these will work but they sounded fun to me
Yeah there are many fun synergies! Also on the defensive side there is another "curiosity" pick u most of the time dont want to get: prayer card! Its usually trash tier but you kind of want those bone hearts now, to stay save in "Bonebaseballbat Melee Trasher Mode" After all if you dont want to melee dont play the forgotten ^^

Its amazing how well thought out the new character is. They seem to put a whole load more time into the synergistic potential of this character.
