So you used the 1 and 1/2 guard for this haircut?
You said you did a 2 with it open. Then you go back and say 1 1/2 🤷🏽♂️
The two with it open ist the 1 1/2

So i messed up and make another guideline with the no guard. I’m now realizing i wasn’t really using the edge of my clipper. Taking note!

I like fading down like you doing you don't make a line you don't need to remove one out
Fresh cut bro. Good tutorial. Im a new barber and struggle blending the top with the bald fade. Blending a 4 on top, or 8 on top...for me it's easier blending from a 2 on top to bald. I do need sheers tho.
Top notch fade .... im finding it hard to fade upwards.. will try this technique. Are your magic clippers and trimmer zero gapped. Ive kept mine standard which is a 0.8 with blade closed on magic clips.
I usually fade up but sometimes end up too high I think I’m going to give the fade down a go. Thankyou

Joel Sarabia I started on a number 3 open at the perital ridge then went down it worked very well. Hardest part was the bald line to get out but came out nicely with no guard open. I’ve since buzzed my head to a number 3 all over too so I’m mixing it up too

loco loco no lever makes it difficult. Ok so you need to have no guard on & use the corners of the clipper to flick the tiny corner of the blade at the line

I got the slim line pro li too i zero gap them but yours looks like they sharper i did it with the on the money 10 sec blade setter tell me did you do yours with that im a beginner barber and let me tell you that haircut looks🌋🔥

I used this technique on a self cut at the weekend and it came out looking gooooood! I didn't even really have to go back and tidy up too much. Thanks for this vid - game changer.

I enjoyed watching this video! I cut my own hair and it’s a little harder getting a straight initial line.

This method is so much simpler and easier that creating multiple guidelines which you have to spend a huge amount of time blending out. Cheers
