Probably some of the best advice I’ve ever heard from Sam. Take it from a newly 31 year old man… everything he said is true. If you’re in your teens, early twenties, as hard as it is nowadays, save it for someone decent. Trust your instincts, don’t be a slave to your impulses. No man can be physical with a woman, especially multiple times, and not feel something. And if they can, they’re probably already broken and they’ll be almost as bad as the women that have destroyed their ability to pair bond over the years.
Treat yourself with respect. It’s not mean to be easy, it never will be. I haven’t been with a lot of women, and I’m thankful for that, but out of my entire time dating, only 2-3 women were worth the effort I put in. The rest of them I look back on with shame and regret. The worst of those have a piece of me I’ll never get back, as much as I hate to admit it. Save yourself the trouble, trust me.

@@youtubesucks1111 long stories but I’ll try to sum it up shortly. They were the ones I had genuine connections with, real passion/intimacy. I had actual relationships with them. One I lived with for a few years. I could actually see myself being with them long term, at the time.
I tend to attract women with pretty heavy egos and generally don’t have good relationships with their fathers. That means they usually haven’t had good relations with men before me and typically have had an attitude of disrespect/indifference towards men. Any time something doesn’t work out, it’s almost always the guy’s fault, not theirs. It almost becomes predatory after a while. It doesn’t matter how “alpha” you are, reasonable, balanced, whatever, they will present as super sweet, super intimate, fall in love fast, tell you you’re amazing, but they are always looking for the next stage, the next fix. These women will replace you eventually, it doesn’t matter how good to them you are. It doesn’t matter how good/successful of a man you are. There will always be a loose thread girls like this will pull at until there’s nothing left. And if there isn’t one, they’ll create it out of something eventually.
As judgmental as it sounds, examine their family life. If she has/had mental issues, a long past, an absent father or poor relationship with her father, do NOT bother. Don’t let them suck you in with their story or beauty or intimacy right off the bat. It NEVER works with someone like that. You will only be hurt. Sometimes damaged people are beyond repair, especially women.

Does she get along with mom and dad, when you're fighting (which is normal btw) is she trying to find a solution or is it always the same stuff over and over, does she have accountability (very rare for men and women but less so with modern women), does she want kids and how is she around them (a well adjusted woman will always want kids anything else is not normal and probably an underlying issue), check her friend circle (if it's full of sluts or bitter beasts imagine the stuff they'll say to her when she tells them about some problems you are working through), drugs and addiction is a given that shit happens but don't try and save someone from it (you will fail and or get burned), healthy and active I would also add. That's the broad stuff to look for and most if not all of these should not be negotiable unless you've got a really good reason why. You are really really young. Getting into a relationship early on can teach you a lot but also burn you. I know it can get lonely sometimes but you've got some amazing years ahead of you where you can build the kind of life you want to live. Once you got your life path figured out more you can add stuff to that list that's individual to yourself. The problem is that you won't know them now so changes happening while you are in a relationship will make it harder to grow and can stunt it altogether. People make finding the one super mystical and there is something that will just click but knowing what you actually want out of a partner is surprisingly extremely rare today.

Had a relationship with one of those dyed hair, pierced, daddy issue girls for 5 years on and off. She wanted us to start an onlyfans. We didn’t. I eventually found out that she slept with her brother one of the recent times we split up. We ended up splitting again a while after, and she started smoking meth and shooting up fent, and going to swinger parties regularly. She Also carved my name into her thigh at some point when we were 16-17 so that’s there. She has spent a year of her life total in psychiatric hospitals. Added up after around 8 different admissions. The longest she got held for one stay was 4 months straight. Keep in mind, all this was before she was 18. Those girls will ruin your life. Avoid at all costs.

My grandfather is a man I respect a great deal. I won't go into details but if I was to find success in 1/5th of the things he did I'd be happy. He had a friend when he was at Annapolis going into the Navy. 6:48 just some advice for guys seeing this: if you are attracted to asian women it is possible to get this. You can get a woman that you find beautiful that will also cook and clean and be loyal. Getting to know one will be difficult though. Filipinas are a bit easier to get to know because many have learned english very well while they were in school. Do American college students taking economics even learn what socialism is? If you read the powell memo you would find out corporations created a college position to make certain worker cooperatives never became popular on campuses. Children here are taught socialism is a government when it’s a business structure that directly competes against single owner businesses because it pays low skilled men 5-20 times more than capitalist businesses do. Children here are taught that capitalist shareholders who don’t even work for a living and make passive income off other peoples labor in a public company is a good thing but a janitor of a private company who invests same amount and receives same return on investment and works for a living is a bad thing because he is not being paid in labor output. Why is it ok for a capitalist shareholder to not be paid in labor output but it’s not okay for a socialist shareholder that actually works for a living? This is what we need to start asking American children

@@notillatall I don't recommend lot's of vitamins every day but vitamin d will boost your testosterone and a 30 gram vitamin c salt megadose will heal the cells in your body and make you feel 100%. there isn't any substance that will make your body feel better that I know of besides fresh spring water from Jon himself. the vitamin c salt megadose will give you explosive liquid diarrhea so I recommend taking that in to account for when you take it, but after that you will receive great benefits for the next 2 or 3 weeks which is how long you should wait in between doing this. you can look this up as well.
