In this crash the company and driver needs to have their ass fried All passenger vehicles should to be minimum 5 star crash rating including roll over 5 star rating All passenger vehicles that fail to be minimum 5 star crash rating must be prohibited to be sold by manufacture ! ! ! Government has turned their backs on the traveling public safety.... Vehicles can be manufactured much safer So many vehicles right from the factory are not safe but have been allowed to be sold... This must be stopped Government don't give a shit till someone is dead, then they want to make some money off the tragedy Companies don't give a shit till some one is dead and they have to pay out
A driver should be able to go to any DOT scales or office and file a report against the company and management for unsafe vehicles and company orders. The driver needs to be supported by DOT against corrupt companies that willingly violate transportation safety. If the violating company fires the driver or employee for reporting unsafe conditions the company and management need to be punished and driver compensated ! ! ! There needs to be a partnership between drivers and DOT for safety Drivers should not fear reporting unsafe conditions and should not face fines if willingly reporting company before crossing scales. Foreign workers are often threatened with deportation if they refuse unsafe conditions. Corrupt companies need to be punished for this while protecting the employee
If your country does not have laws that are enforced with extreme financial penalties you have to know these type of situations will always happen, people are greedy and short sighted ... That's why you Must have regulatory channels that can inflict severe penalties.
