Hopsin is another big rabbit hole. Some fans will disagree with me, but don’t start at one. Start at 4. 1 and 3 are very amateurish but fun to watch. But they are before he had more professional set up. But even if you do those, really don’t bother with 2. It’s not even a song. It’s an instructional video on how to set up a shopping cart with a camera on it. But 4 is hot and it only gets better from there. The series isn’t one long story like NF. Each one is basically what is on his mind at the moment. 4 and 5 basically attack the rap industry. 6 is about a friend who’s brain got fried on crystal meth. You saw 7. 8 is my favorite. He tears apart his record label manager that did him dirty. And 9 is about his ex keeping his son from him. Before doing 9, do a lyric video to a song called Hotel in Sydney which sets the scene for 9. So right now there’s 9. He’s playing with the idea of a #10 but hasn’t decided yet. After you do those we can give you a list of his other great songs. Enjoy.

Ashley Fitzgerald - Nah I just left a video where they only paused it once and that was because they disagreed with what he was talking about and had to rewind it. They tried to give their reaction afterwards which they did, but one of them said “I had something else that I wanted to point out but I forgot” and THAT’S the purpose of pausing multiple times.....so that doesn’t happen. Otherwise, it’s not much of a “reaction”.

Hopsin has a very deep past, and his music catalog shows it. This song came at a point where he was questioning if he believes in God anymore and should he remain Christian. The video has so much to take in religion wise as well. He is in the middle of the "desert" with no girls dancing, flashy cars or jewelry to distract him while he has this conversation with God. And if you think about him walking away at the end it kind of give a nod to the story of the man walking with God thru the desert but there was only one set of footprints. Great reaction. Check out "Dax - Dear God" and "Dax - Book Of Revelations" in that order.
