This is the wrong live performance. The original song was recorded with the original 4 members. If you wanna really understand the power of the song you need to react to a live performance with Dawn, who was the original lead vocalist.
En Vogue is one of only a handful of groups where you can't really swap in lead singers. The leads were chosen very purposefully. The group has continued on for 20 years after Dawn left, but by and large they have never been as great as they were with the original 4.

@tylerl2437 exactly cuz when dawn sings this song she sings it like she MEANS it, singing is not all about being great vocally and yes this group are great vocally.
