    During Thanksgiving, we are looking forward more to this super delicious turkey congee/porridge rather than turkey meat itself.
    溫馨小提示:
    • 用火雞骨頭熬的湯,特別鮮甜。 用它做湯底煮煮粥, 特別美味。
    • 因爲這款粥比較綿密,容易粘黏鍋底, 所以真的要“睇住煲粥”(廣東話 - 意思是真的看好這鍋粥),時常攪動, 以防黏鍋底
    • 煮粥的米與水的比例大約是 1: 8 - 10 左右 ( 1 杯米,用8 到10 杯水的分量)。 可自行調節到自己喜歡的濃稠度
    Friendly reminder:
    • Use turkey bone to make broth. The broth is very tasty. Using turkey broth to cook congee/porridge makes it super delicious.
    • This congee/porridge is relatively creamy, therefore it is easy for the rice to stick to the bottom. Need to stir frequently to prevent rice from sticking to the bottom.
    • For cooking congee, rice and water proportion is about 1: 8 - 10 ( 1 cup of raw rice, use 8 to 10 cups of water). Can adjust the thickness to your liking.
