Should I bind off this way with one-color brioche?

You sure can!! Any stretchy bind off will work. I use Elastic Bind Off or this one!

Which row 1-4 do you bind off on ? :) this video seems really helpful though! Definitely one of the more helpful ones i've seen for BO in brioche!

You will bind off after working the 4th brioche row! So when you finish the Contrast Side with your Contrast Color, you will turn and bind off on the Main Side with Main Color. I hope it helps!
