One of my favorite things about these early levels in the final build is how they clearly aren't designed to have combo fodder throughout all of them. You can tell the combo system wasn't really a thing yet and that the concept of a P rank just didn't exist.
Thre wasn't even build with speed in mind, you rarelly could build up your speed in and in the rare yet short moments you could there wasn't any way to maintain set speed to use in other rooms
I remember playing this demo back then, I kinda wish the challenge levels made it to the final game (of course redesigned to fit). This is such a faithful recreation, great job.
Cool Tip: If you have Pizza Tower United Community Edition, play this level through the "CYOP Towers" floor and set the "Slap" as your grab attack! Makes it much more like Demo 2 imo

1:12 The pillar is very eepy and needs to take a sleege. After a long day of holding the tower the pillar needs to take a seep to rest

You can change the sprite of the superspring for the super jump

Doube click the object you want to edit the spriw of and add variable "sprite_index" if it isnt a enemy 😊
