Making Olivia an apartment | Adding to the Main Street building | Lego Friends custom build

- Olivia’s house was made in the very first year of Lego Friends and she hasn’t had a new house since the reboot and her whole family has changed since then. Plus she doesn’t live in the suburbs now, she lives in an old inner city apartment building. So today’s challenge is to make her one that fits into Main Street but still uses elements of her original house - a tribute to the 10 year anniversary of the Lego Friends theme.

Stick around and I'll build for you while I review new sets and create my own customs (MOCs). I tend to geek out about new pieces, get excited about learning new and interesting building techniques, giggle too much and just generally ramble. I'm easily distracted so things can get a bit hectic, but I'm sure you're down for that.

I used to watch you sm when I was younger! And constantly come back to check how your channel is doing. You were basically my childhood , and I have just put this on to watch whilst painting. I’ve never grown out of these videos. Keep up the great work ❤️❤️
Exactly!!! You can’t grow out of her. Like I tried to stop watching bc yk I felt like I needed to grow up. I checked back on this channel this week and I’m addicted again. I even got the Main Street building lego set for Christmas!
That top works great for Olivia's mum, and the hairpiece is perfect! I wonder if a different head would look better though, I don't think she has glasses. Here are some I think could work, all in the nougat skin tone:
- Amelia (movie theatre)
- Dr Vidya (Space academy, if you could remove the mouthpiece)
- Nina (hairdressers)
Olivia mom does not wear glasses 🤓, but she could.

I agree, I think Dr. Vidya face is a good choice but you should erase the microphone on her face.
Jasmine's head (Disney Princess) could work aswell

@@snapbaxtoytalk That’s not Olivia’s mom. Olivia’s mom’s name is Laura, while the character you’re taking about is named Isabella, plus, Olivia’s mom would be too old by that time

One of my cousin lives in an apartment and when I go round my cousin like “we aren’t staying in the apartment and doing anything bc the only thing I have is a tv and a load of books” so he usually takes me and one of my brothers(if one decide to come with me) down to the park,beach or we go to his boyfriends house bc then his boyfriends drives us to a water park we mostly go to the park and beach but if we are really good he then goes to his boyfriends so we can go to the waterpark

I love the way you built the Lego apartment for Olivia but where is her dad?
It's a pretty cute build. We usually don't see pale pink and gray together but I like it. Plus the interior is loaded with detail.

I had the original Lego friends and the mall and Olivia’s house and the hotel (that was my favourite) and I love them so much

Oh this is fabulous Ellie, brava! i also made an apartment for Olivia and her Mum, and used the vet clinic building with horse and stable downstairs. It worked well too! I tried to make it look like the one on the tv series… hmm ‘tried’ anyway. But i had fun. X
