6:40 i remember my suffering back then because as normal item had like 15min queue from notification to showing up that pearl items had actually 30sec or 1min and my PC wasnt that enough then to relog this fast...

I thought about this issue, there are really a lot of catch up mechanics and conveniences now, the global storage, abyssal vein system and dream horse 4 free are really big to make the game more playable.
I cannot believe the extremes we got going on.
First we got this, the guy who is putting himself through struggle - no warehouse, no marketplace, no pearls.....
Then we get Erkulez. Need crons? Oh, okay. Pearl Shop. Need Fallen Gods? Okay hold my beer, lemmi sell you pearl shop items. Wait.. what's helms?
Silver having weight was the fucking worst
I went to the night vendor instead of the event night vendor and rolled a DIM on my first try. I got slightly excited and then remembered that its 2024, and that's when i felt realities cold fingers grace the side of my face. Leaving a stinging sensation, and the reality of present time.
My guildmaster had the F2P tent since the tents were introduced, he has never spent a single dime on the game. The game was even gifted to him by a friend of ours, so just a few days ago me and another guildie banded together and bought him a proper tent! We can't have a hobo as a GM now can we

Oh yes , it was still like that when I started playing, yep you definitely had to ride to go pickup or put anything away to the city it was in though there was a limited number of transport wagons you could use though at some point u have to ride to the city u sent them 2 to unload them.
wasnt even just scrolls stacking in the inventory back in the day at gahaz it was weapons filling up your inventory too
no joke, I still roll the nightvendor, I still check the market for "snipes", I still take long rides for no reason, I still enjoy doing all the tedious slow but immersive stuff in the game. It becomes quite fun when yo stop chasing gear nonstop and start enjoying the game. Roll another alt, take your time, do everything from ground up, limit yourself to not using fasttravel, not using the market, whatever... this keeps me interested and I still enjoy the game this way, in a much more casual way, like it used to be, like it should be. I don't need to be "the best", I only need to have fun and enjoy my time 🙂
I watched his entire challenge, the ironman and the "ultimate challenge" and this was hands down the most enjoyable BDO streams I watched in a long time.
BDO was hardcore. Thats why some of us get mad sometimes when they hand out godlike items for free to new players. We worked for them, sat infront of the market for hours to snipe some shit

you don't need to log in every day because in bdo the game is always running for afk life skills.

Just relaunch BDO Classic, PvP is dead because it deviated from Renown Score era PvP modifiers. Please, bring BDO PvP back.
It became a PvE sandbox, they removed the most fun thing about bdo the “PVP”
They didnt removed PvP. Yes open worl pvp is dead but they have good alternatives. Arena of Arsha and Guild league are great for what they offer
