Great insight to Kai and urmumsyadad, he's actual a real dude with logic which is sort of prevalent in his vids but could be easily mistaken for a rich kid rebelling. So wicked podcast Kai keep taking the piss out of Insta models x)

Same thing happened to me. Walking through the main street of Noosa QLD and seen a restaurant sign so i read it out loud to my mate and then on my news feed the same restaurant was suggested to me
Also with the vegan alternatives to meat the environmental impact is significantly less and no animals have to suffer abuse and murder for it so its an amazing idea for those who wouldn't consider veganism!
And soy is really good for you particularly when its fermented (eg. soy milk, tempeh and tofu) despite the rumours about it being bad with oestrogen levels etc.
However, it's the soy protein isolate that is often in those fake meats is bad because it produces Insulin like growth hormone when consumed - this is exactly what dairy products have and the hormones in dairy which are for a baby cow to grow obviously fuck up the human body!
