Arguably the most important factor in any contractual agreement is that if the seller is trying to push you to sign, then don't. Most especially if you have not read and had time to get your questions answered for the entire contract. I had an experience at an auto dealership where I test drove a car, and I said that I would like to have my wife try it out at a later time to see if she liked it. They tried to get me to sign an agreement that I would commit to buying the car when I returned. I told them "No" and informed them I would not be coming back to their dealership after what they just tried to do. Remember, you are the one with the power to say "No" or "I need time to consider this". If the seller really wants the sale they will take the time to address your concerns and allow you time to consider the options.

Yup, they are almost always way over priced and trying to prey on people who make terrible snap decisions on too good to be true promises. Never buy from a door knocker.
They never said a word about how they expected to Save Money by taking on extra debt... it's like the people who bought into hybrid cars to Save Money on gas by paying more only worse. If you've got another reason, fine, but you're not going to save much in the end.
Referring to an apples to apples comparison. Take the 2012 Honda Civic, the hybrid was rated at 44, the gas version 32. So maybe 27% better mileage but the hybrid cost something like 5 grand more. At 100,000 miles that's not break even yet, even paying 4 bucks a gallon. How's the battery now? Nobody seemed to know how long it would last or how much it would cost to replace. So maybe drive another 100k & now if gas stays at 4 bucks now you're up four grand or so. That's fine if you know going in that the battery is good for 300k but again, nobody was saying. Even at 300k, the costs that were being tossed around for a new battery ran as high as $10,000 which would mean you're still behind. People acted like it was a slam dunk over gas only & never did the math which is my point.
If I worked 5 miles from home rather than 50 I could fill up every six weeks or so. Many of us who do our own maintenance see just a whoke bunch of extra fail points and over engineering in newer vehicles especially when a battery is added.
The closer you look, the less likely you are to get solar. Educate yourself, and talk to people who have had solar systems installed. Get solar for reliability, redundancy & self-sufficiency. In rare cases, you could even save money LONG term, but that's not likely. NEVER talk to door sales people. YOU decide when, if, and who, from a position of knowledge, strength and forethought.
I sell houses and these stupid solar panels are a problem for the seller and the buyer. No buyer wants to take on someone’s tens of thousands of dollars loan to these bs solar companies. Either the seller pays off the loan or the buyer reduces their offer.
I buy multiple homes a year. Anytime a house has dollar installation I walk unless they pay off those panels or reduce price by the pay off amount. I am not dealing with those things from a weak position.
Yes as a real estate agent myself, education about selling homes with solar has made me a fortune .. thank you for not understanding the easy transfer process and the new homeowners that appreciates 0 electric bills. @@mdcplace100 Yeah, that's nice. I give a brand new residential solar/battery system a value of $0, because it is just as much a liability as it is an asset. If it's already a few years old, I start subtracting. This includes solar/battery systems, appliances, assessments, whole home emergency backup generators, etc. The home is absolutely not worth more just because it has a solar/battery system, high efficiency appliances/HVAC, a 50A service in the garage for an EV, generator, etc. The seller is eating all of that or I am not buying, and if they don't like it there are plenty of other houses on the market. The party is over, hun.
Solar panels are very beneficial. The problem is in the United States. Everything has to be privatized. Where as you can initially buy your own solar Panels directly from chinand install them yourself.
Did anyone notice that in the video the solar panels are mostly covered with snow? That means they're not generating electricity at that point in time, even while the rest of the roof is clear. Also, to my understanding the panels which are hooked in series only need one of those panels to be blocked for the whole series group to not be able output power.
You got to be joking right? Unless your energy output is not much then ok I understand that or maybe the charges that the utility company presents to you is very little per kilowatt. Then it makes sense not to get solar…Could you tell me what your monthly kilowatt usage is and How much they charge per kilowatt?
In Puerto rico the only people with reliable electricity have been those who installed solar panels. Not everything is about cost. If you live in an area with unreliable electric companies and vulnerable transmission lines, then solar is a good option. As long as it's from a good company.
It's just like water softening systems they charge you five times what it should cost. Never buy anything unless it was something you were looking for in the first place...
My father in law owns a house in Itapoa, Brazil. He bought a solar set up for 15% of the price it is in the United States. It's a damn rip off here in the states.
My mom and dad few years ago CALLED a solar company. Company sent a guy out, assessed my parents power requirements and told them it wouldn't be worth them getting solar panels! It actually surprised my dad the guy said they wouldn't benefit from it. This clean energy isn't what it is cracked up to be!
Ahh they either have shading/ too small of an electric bill or too small of usable roof space to put modules. Congratulations, they spoke with an Integrity solar company.
Most people would be better off just taking all that solar cost money and investing it instead of buying solar. Solar only makes sense in a handful of states for a handful of homes. Solar still costs way too much for most situations. It needs to come down in price.
@@AJourneyOfYourSoul interesting paint brush stroke comment. So the 5 million homes in America with solar systems are all wrong? You can get own solar set up from harbor freight and own batteries to use the power yourself for fraction of the cost these government bs solar companies. More savings get a split heat pump, wood stove, and a generator that can run off ammonia, propane, diesel.
#1. "The government" doesn't have or own solar companies. There are programs from the government that may offer rebates for having solar installed. #2. There are dangers involved in using those types of fuels for emergencies or everyday use. These things should only be installed by qualified electricians, plumbers, HVAC, etc to avoid injury or death during installation, or afterwards during use. #3. Anyone using oxygen equipment in the home should not use any combustible fuel for everyday or emergency use. Something like a gas powered furnace that has been properly installed to code by a licensed plumber/HVAC is fine, but other combustible fuels in conjunction with oxygen equipment can lead to a deadly disaster. #4. There are Internet instructions for everything, but this is not a DIY situation for most people. Have a safe & Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, & Happy New Year.
If you can't educate yourself on how to DIY a system, which is easier to do every year, then you should ONLY get a solar installation if you can pay for it with cash. If you have to finance solar...you can't afford it. The ROI just doesn't justify it.
You dont need a lawyer. You DO need to just be smart, use common sense, and NOT sign anything you aren't comfortable with. Take your time with any contract. READY EVERY THING, even and especially ANY FINE PRINT, I don't feel sorry for you if you sign a contract willy-nilly. A respectable vendor will give you time to read, ask questions, understand, and then sign. If you are pressured or rushed, rush them out the door with matching urgency. Dont be stupid.
Get ALL contract information in print up front. Have your lawyers review all of that. If you cannot afford $500-$1000 for a lawyer to check out the contracts, then you can't afford the contract. Have the parties agree, lawyer add, that no further binding items will be added... Then sign ONLY the items presented and approved. Nothing else should be signed or initialed -- no other 'oh this is just for a credit check...' or 'this is to acknowledge that you got this form...' -- NOTHING ELSE. No online signatures.

Do you see how that works!! Then why is it that ppl like this man in the video(A grown adult like him)Fall for this.why couldn’t he had done what you did?
I cut my energy costs by insulting my home, using natural light for as long as possible, buying a more energy efficient AC, and adjusting my thermostat by just a couple of degrees. Solar panels are not only crazy expensive, but they degrade with age. Any potential savings might be wiped out by the time you have paid them off. These installations only really make sense for those who are able to pay cash and avoid ridiculous financing charges.
If you as an adult sign a contract without a lawyer present or not reading and understanding it.Sorry to say that it’s your fault to sign a CONTRACT!!!!!!
The first mistake is not learning how solar works. Quite simply you make a solar array,DIY ,on the ground if you don’t have metal roof. Keep it off-grid because it makes no sense for the utility to pay retail price for your excess energy. Battery prices have dropped drastically so you can use your excess energy at night. Back to the first sentence, educate yourself. The DIY off -grid solar equipment is scalable. For less than $10,000 you can get started with a system to run your essential loads and then add panels, batteries and inverter capacity as your budget and needs indicate. Batteries are the most expensive part of the system but they are the escape door from all the interest and restrictions of dealing with the scammers and utility companies. It’s called self consumption meaning “don’t give away what you have harvested “.
If you wanna save on electricity costs, then reduce power consumption and make the house more energy efficient - LED lights, attic tent, weather stripping, black out curtains...
They are, but only if... 1.Your power company offers net metering. This means you can send excess solar power to the power company and they let you use that same amount at a later time. NOTE: some energy companies only offer a credit for 1/4 the price or nothing at all. In that case, it will most likely not be worth it. 2. You either get a very VERY cheap loan, or pay cash 3. Try to get a quote directly from the solar installers, avoid any middle man or salesman, no need to pay them 5k or 10k in commissions. 4. If your system does not break even in 5 years, it is not worth it. I got a 6 700 watt panel 4.6kw solar system installed for $3000 cash here in mexico. My payback time of 2.8 years. Our electricity price is $0.26 a KW
@@Brandon-uy1uv Those are all valid points. However, what I'm most interested to know is if there is enough sunlight in Pittsburgh to generate enough electricity to be worth the cost.

You need 2 times more solar panels in Pittsburg to get the same amount of power in a year as I do in mexico. Makes it pretty hard to be worth it
How many decades does it take for a society to learn you dont sign anything until you fully understand what your agreeing to? Considering this has been taught for thousanfs of years I would say a Lot Lot Lot of decades.
When buying a home with solar panels, make sure you know the star of the panels. Are they paid off or not, or are the leased. My co worker didn't know that they were leases.
i would be surprised if this was the first thing larry got taken for. stevie wonder could see this was a ripoff and you would never recover your investment, let alone end up saving anything. probably why larrys 85 chevy cavalier only has 360 more payments on it.
There is a solar company in Las Vegas called " Sun Run ". They were trying to rip us off with 20 years contract. The solar panels themselves cost $25000 and at the end of the 20 years. We have the option to purchase the panels. Payment would be about $350 each month and we can't use solar at night time. The solar company gets the keep the power that they collected while we pay for electric at night time usage. So had we gone with buying solar panels. I would still have to pay power bill plus solar panel bill. When the saleman came over to our house. He was in a hurry to have us sign the contract without reading any of it. My wife told him to send the contract thru PDF so we can go over. He wasn't thrill when he heard that.
It's not just the solar installers, those who don't want the little guy to get ahead are not even getting started. You will be punished not matter what you do. Higher insurance rates, no payment for your power or even fees to put power back in the grid. What will they think of next? I'm just not doing it. On the sales side the first warning is door to door sales. No matter if it's solar or roofing or whatever. Nothing good ever comes out of door to door sales.
Thats the best advice I've ever heard, if the person/company selling the product is also the lender, its not a good investment. U will likely pay more than its worth. 😊
What - a door to door sale gone wrong? Say it isn’t so! There are lots of soft people out there who will buy just about anything, needed or not, if talked to sweetly. I live in an 864 sq. ft. house in rural Texas with little electricity usage. My monthly bill is one side or the other of $30 to $40. Yes, I have had solar salesmen knock on my door! It’s a short conversation.
About ten years ago, Solar City was selling solar systems to people at the car wash waiting for their cars. Lots of unhappy low income people in South LA. The people were told they would never have another utility bill for the rest of their lives. I heard story after story of people scammed like this.
I went with lunar panels (night charging) which were significantly cheaper. It made sense because I only use my indoor lighting at night anyway. It pays to go with a company that sells you only what you really need. Don't fall for gimmicks!
I’ve had a full offset solar system for 8 years and they work great. Monthly bill is about $15 for a 7.5 KW system. panels only make sense if 1. You have high electricity rates in a 2. State offering generous state along with Fed rebates and 3. There’s unshaded southern exposure (roof or ground) Then if you meet the above 3 conditions, I would only purchase the panels outright to avoid monthly & annual financing costs, fees, & escalations that solar companies use to make $ off of their customers. Research and know the different types of panels, inverters and what is under warranty. Panels will keep on working but sometimes the computer monitoring the system goes bad. We had 3 bids from different vendors and encountered a few pushy salespeople.
"i'm old and on a fixed income so of course i decided to buy a solar system with a ROI of approximately 50 years and thats if it lasts that long and works perfectly".......🤣🤣🤣
My complaint isn’t about the solar company, it’s about the IRS. For some reason, they rejected my 30% tax credit. I sent them power bills, (showing no energy used), purchase agreement, proof of payment to Tesla, and pictures of my house. They responded with, “nope, that’s not good enough, please send taxed amount plus $5,000 in penalties and interest.
I recently toured a home in Central Florida that was priced rather well. However what wasn't discussed upfront but only later was that the "solar panels" conveyed and that the buyer would assume the payment for a lofty number of years. The monthly payment was substantial and it turned a good deal into a really poor deal. No thanks!
Don't ever work for these companies either. I met a girl who said that she never got paid after selling for these people. She almost lost her apartment because she couldn't make rent. They are all scams

I have solar panels. This "problem" was stated up front. My solar credit covered this easily. And you have years to pay it on the loan. Why would a person on a fixed income take on an additional bill like this in the first place?
In Australia you are adding to tax liability for the power your solar panels produce if you have any rebate on your power bill because your panels cut your power bill so you dont pay so much!
I save on my energy bill with solar for numerous years now. I didnt use my credit and my solar went from 120 to 180. I was spending 200-350 on electricity a month based on time of year. Its now 0 every month.
I just love how he signed the contract and didn't do his due diligence and wants to blame everyone else! Why would you ever do anything that supplies energy at a rate greater than is available from your current provider!
It only costs a few hundred dollars to get an attorney to read over a contract. I'm cheap and proud of it, and even I can't imagine taking on such risk without consulting an attorney. Why would you not even read the contract? If someone tried to pull that tablet stunt on me, I'd call them out to their faces and tell them that I need to show it to a lawyer. I bet the salesperson would have walked out of the door if I had said that, therefore saving money and time.

I installed the whole 1.5 mega watts system myself. It only cost me $15,000, including a Tesla power bank and 2 super chargers for my EV. DYI is simple if you have a lower roof.
Solar will save you energy, but it won't save you money. Us HVAC guys were saying that during the first wave of solar in the late '70's. When they ended the federal tax credit in '85, the industry disappeared! The expensive solar systems cannot pay for themselves without help from the government.

Clearly you have never ever once in your life ran a bundle of asphalt shingles up a 30 foot ladder. 😂 A roof is designed to carry a lotta weight I mean a lot and I think you might greatly overestimate the added weight of solar. 1 panel weighs about 10 pounds.
Wrong. Easily a roof in good structural condition can take the weight. Easily. Stop making up crap.
Says the guy with no solar or experience...
@@ronbennett7885
It will with pjm announcing 800% price increase for 2025 ... likely a third price increase on electric at least. At which point it will get more difficult to get solar installed if demand rises because people want to cut back on electric costs
I’ve heard this gentleman’s complaint from so many other people that said the same thing. I would never waste my money on solar panels. A lot of these companies skip town and when you have a problem too bad you are SOL.
it's like buying an e-bike or electric Scooter, no one available to service the unit.
You are completely wrong when you say" I would never waste my money on solar panels".Where do you live,in a cave, solar panels are everywhere, they produce electricity from sun.
I don’t live in a cave maybe you do. I have a generator for the house. A neighbor has solar panels and wishes he would have bought a generator instead. You live your life and I will live my life the way I want.
He’s had nothing but problems and the company that installed them have disappeared and no one else will warranty the repairs.
Buyer beware. Do not lease solar panels.
Wait until people have to pay for the disposal of old solar panels and lithium batteries when the cells die out. No one is talking about the problem with dead solar panels and no way to reuse them. India has a desert full of dead solar panels emitting toxic stuff coming from the panels.
I can’t believe this is still happenings I went through this in 1992. No one would help me get out of it at all it was a solar panel hooked up to my water heater nothing else. After 2yrs I found out the company went out business and there wasn’t a lien on my house because company didn’t put one on even though they told me and wife they did….. I got lucky never again
Solar panels are a rip off. Spend 40k to save $50 a month
I was acosted in Lowe's by a solar salesperson. She said there was 'no out of pocket costs'. Haaa. I had a 15-minute debate on what that meant because it's still coming from my bank account. She couldn't answer the question.
I always tell those kinds of people I am a renter. They stop talking immediately
@Fishman814 this is the best solution. "I rent, gotta talk to my landlord, here's his number". Number is to another solar company.
@@Fishman814yep. Am a renter. They dismiss me instantly. I walkway happy to save my time and avoid unnecessarily aggravation. Of course they don't know I am a REI with multiple rentals.
If someone initiates contact with me to sell me something, then I’m not buying it.
In 20 years the panels will be obsolete. Also, don’t sign a contract without reading the entire contract twice.
My car has 400k miles that's 60,000 dollars in gas over 15 years. Could saves 30k in gas money with hybrid
My hybrid car is one of the most reliable cars on the market, never breaks down and I rarely need to get gas. I wouldn't trade it for a regular car.
If it even slightly feels to good to be true.....its because it is.
I sell houses and these stupid solar panels are a problem for the seller and the buyer. No buyer wants to take on someone’s tens of thousands of dollars loan to these bs solar companies. Either the seller pays off the loan or the buyer reduces their offer.
or leaky roofs
I buy multiple homes a year. Anytime a house has dollar installation I walk unless they pay off those panels or reduce price by the pay off amount. I am not dealing with those things from a weak position.
Yes as a real estate agent myself, education about selling homes with solar has made me a fortune .. thank you for not understanding the easy transfer process and the new homeowners that appreciates 0 electric bills. The home is worth more, the panels knock out the electric bill.. just as if the seller left 800 gallons in the oil tank to heat the home. Tip: there’s no weak positions just weak RE sales people 😮
@@mdcplace100 Yeah, that's nice. I give a brand new residential solar/battery system a value of $0, because it is just as much a liability as it is an asset. If it's already a few years old, I start subtracting. And if there is a debt on the system, my conditional offer includes that any and all debts tied to the property and its contents must be paid in full by the seller prior to transfer of said property.
So he signed a contract without reading it and now he's upset. Sounds like his problem.
Really, how much could this little house save on electricity anyway?
He wanted to lower his $200 electric bill so he signed up for 20yrs at $375 then over $500 per month so it was a great decision 😂😂😂
It's a scam.
Solar panels are very beneficial. The problem is in the United States. Everything has to be privatized. Where as you can initially buy your own solar Panels directly from chinand install them yourself.
We had the same goons in Michigan, they went by the names "power home solar and pink energy". Jayson Waller is the con artist.
Did anyone notice that in the video the solar panels are mostly covered with snow? That means they're not generating electricity at that point in time, even while the rest of the roof is clear. Also, to my understanding the panels which are hooked in series only need one of those panels to be blocked for the whole series group to not be able output power.
Should also check with and inform home insurance Co about solar panels as could be a nasty surprise waiting if you don't.
This is EXCELLENT reporting.
yup never strap these things on the roof...when they break.. who do you call..then they dump em in the landfill.
After speaking with numerous people that have solar panels, there’s no real upside to it in my opinion
But their saving the planet😂😂

You got to be joking right? Unless your energy output is not much then ok I understand that or maybe the charges that the utility company presents to you is very little per kilowatt. Then it makes sense not to get solar…Could you tell me what your monthly kilowatt usage is and How much they charge per kilowatt?
In AZ or NV it makes perfect sense. But you can't be getting scammed by some fly by nighter.
He said it wouldn't be cost effective for your parents. He did say anything about how effective clean energy was overall.
Financially there’s no risk with solar vs the utility company, money is being spent on electricity either goes to the utilities or your own pocket .Investing monies = always a risk.
You can get own solar set up from harbor freight and own batteries to use the power yourself for fraction of the cost these government bs solar companies. More savings get a split heat pump, wood stove, and a generator that can run off ammonia, propane, diesel.
Your assuming that someone that signs a contract that they didn't read has ever been to harbor freight let alone done a diy project. #DEVOLVING
Why would anyone buy anything from a door to door salesman? That was dumber than dirt as my mama would say. "She didn't like to curse.
Just another hustle……
If you can't educate yourself on how to DIY a system, which is easier to do every year, then you should ONLY get a solar installation if you can pay for it with cash. If you have to finance solar...you can't afford it. The ROI just doesn't justify it.
Yes!👍
Speaking with people have solar power I see no real upside to it
signing on a pad without reading the details says it all
Don't sign any contract without a lawyer.
Or Reading the Contract....
You can't even breathe now without a lawyer.
I've had to of these guys knock on my door this year, one didn't want to take no for an answer until I stepped out side and told him to leave on his own, or I could "walk" him off the property, the second one didn't get a chance to even try his sales tactic since I talked to him through my Ring doorbell and insulted him and mocked him
Do you see how that works!! Then why is it that ppl like this man in the video(A grown adult like him)Fall for this.why couldn’t he had done what you did?

Solar panels are not only crazy expensive, but they degrade with age. Any potential savings might be wiped out by the time you have paid them off. These installations only really make sense for those who are able to pay cash and avoid ridiculous financing charges.
I have never "insulted" my home. Why would you want to insult your home??? That's just crazy talk!

I agree with you 100 percent but unfortunately some places wont let their residents detach from the utility grid. Crazy right
Why do people sign things they don't read?
Greed
They think they are going to basically get something for nothing.
If you wanna save on electricity costs, then reduce power consumption and make the house more energy efficient - LED lights, attic tent, weather stripping, black out curtains...
Are the savings from the panels actually worth the cost?
They are, but only if...
1.Your power company offers net metering. This means you can send excess solar power to the power company and they let you use that same amount at a later time. NOTE: some energy companies only offer a credit for 1/4 the price or nothing at all. In that case, it will most likely not be worth it.
2. You either get a very VERY cheap loan, or pay cash
@@danbendix1398 wow your sun hours is very low in Pittsburg, 4 sun hours in summer and 1.5 sun hours in winter 💀.
That is like 2.8 sun hours average I think lol. You usually multiply the sun hours by your solar panel system size to get the average output. You need 2 times more solar panels in Pittsburg to get the same amount of power in a year as I do in mexico. Makes it pretty hard to be worth it
Purchase SolarPanels YourSelf, & Hire an "Electrician" That You *KNOW.* 🤷
How many decades does it take for a society to learn you dont sign anything until you fully understand what your agreeing to? Considering this has been taught for thousanfs of years I would say a Lot Lot Lot of decades.
How are you going to save money by taking on debit for 20 years? Hmmmm...
The Solar Panels will need to be replaced before the 20 years!
When buying a home with solar panels, make sure you know the star of the panels. Are they paid off or not, or are the leased. My co worker didn't know that they were leases.
yes, many of these are shady.
i would be surprised if this was the first thing larry got taken for. stevie wonder could see this was a ripoff and you would never recover your investment, let alone end up saving anything. probably why larrys 85 chevy cavalier only has 360 more payments on it.
Anyone signing a contract with a door to door salesman is mentally incompetent and needs a court appointent guardian.
How much electricity is being generated when the panels are 80% covered in snow?
It's not just the solar installers, those who don't want the little guy to get ahead are not even getting started. You will be punished not matter what you do. Higher insurance rates, no payment for your power or even fees to put power back in the grid. What will they think of next? I'm just not doing it. On the sales side the first warning is door to door sales. No matter if it's solar or roofing or whatever. Nothing good ever comes out of door to door sales.
I got a solution, don’t put solar on your roof.
This won't end until scammers are named publicly.
Not only door to door salesman. A lot of companies with good ratings do high pressure tactics, too.
If u don't know them, don't answer the door!!
I’m laughing at every person I see buying them it’s hilarious I sent the people away when they came to my door 😂 there all crooks !!
This guy missed the memo that doorstep salespeople aren't legitimate sources of anything nowadays.
I'm 16 seconds in....they should have read the fine print or paid a lawyer for 1 hour to help them understand it.
I’d rather pay the electric bill.
I went with lunar panels (night charging) which were significantly cheaper. It made sense because I only use my indoor lighting at night anyway. It pays to go with a company that sells you only what you really need. Don't fall for gimmicks!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I’ve had a full offset solar system for 8 years and they work great. Monthly bill is about $15 for a 7.5 KW system.
panels only make sense if
1. You have high electricity rates in a
2. State offering generous state along with Fed rebates and
3. There’s unshaded southern exposure (roof or ground)
Then if you meet the above 3 conditions, I would only purchase the panels outright to avoid monthly & annual financing costs, fees, & escalations that solar companies use to make $ off of their customers.
A $2 'No Solicitation' sticker on your door would take care of all that.
I made my own 'No Solicitors-Please' sign on my printer. Doesn't work. They either think you really don't mean that, or they can't read.

Stupidest comment of the year!
Easy peasy to spot them on.
I’ve been telling people about this for years. They don’t read the contract they sign. No one’s fault but they’re own. Read the contract.
🏠☀️Don’t ever sign leased or owned equipment with Texas-based company Sunnova Solar, NEVER let them touch your home!! READ their off-website reviews, news articles and their contract, specifically your payment details!
NEVER sign anything same day without your OWN witness present! You only have 3 days to cancel or you will never be freed. Their contract is airtight…for them. Class action!!
Make the time to read any contract that you sign. If you can’t afford to buy a solar system then don’t finance it through a solar company.
I have solar panels. This "problem" was stated up front. My solar credit covered this easily. And you have years to pay it on the loan.
Why would a person on a fixed income take on an additional bill like this in the first place?
Here's a huge #1 'To Do'
.. post "No Soliciting" signs at or on your home where they are easily seen,
.. and learn the laws related
Good, but some door-to-door salespeople still ignore the "no soliciting" sign. don't answer the door!
In Australia you are adding to tax liability for the power your solar panels produce if you have any rebate on your power bill because your panels cut your power bill so you dont pay so much!
Anyone remember Solyndra? You want to save money, update your insulation.
obamas backdoor buddy's😂🎉😂
Such a scam. Just buy the parts on your own and set it up yourself. There’s no need for a 3rd party. This is a very basic setup anyone can figure it out on their own. Don’t be sold by the dweeb in Home Depot or trust anyone else to this. No one will come to you with a beneficial offer it’s not a real thing. If there coming to you then there’s a catch just ignore them.
Read and make sure you thoroughly understand a contract before signing it and make sure it's on paper.
Always read your documents or have your lawyer read them and give you a summary.
