Thank God for guys like this in this day and time that really know what they’re doing trial and error that’s what it takes these are the guys who are and gals who are essential to us today
We used to eat those up with our almost stoke blaster with just a little tuning. All our 1993 Blaster had done was a .20 over bore which is nothing and boyesen rad valve, spacer for factory header pipe and a slip-on. Also a degree key and literally it was king at five different county fairs. We have tons of trophies to prove this and VHS!
Your builds impress me quite a bit! Love that big bruiser of a chinabuggy you turned into something four times as awesome as its original form and fixed up all the weird problems with!
Going into this I thought it would just be someone using a frame from a different bike and going from there. But no, to see you fully bend and weld pipe to build this amazing machine blew me away. Definitely a new subscriber 💯
Make sure you use red thread locker on those collar locks!!! Every collar lock I've ever used has vibrated loose over time. I don't know if there is an inherent flaw in the design or if I'm just doing something wrong, but I've used red thread locker on em for the last 15 years and no problems now. Man, I jacked some stuff up in my younger years not using thread locker. I put that *beep* on everything. But whatever you do, don't use the green Bearing Thread Locker all Willy Nilly. That *beep* is together forever. Forrrrevvvver. I can't wait to see you let her rip tater chip!!!! Brap brapp!!
May want to add a damper/stabilizer on that front end! Just thinking that at the speeds this thing may reach, it may get a little twitchy. I know it's way early in the build, just a suggestion. Steering stops and such.
Hey Vasily. Just a heads up. The 240cc kit sounds like a great idea, but infact isnt much of a power boost over the stock 200cc because the vitos porting is so crappy. My recommendation is to send the vitos cylinder out to a machine shop (or do it at home) to get it ported and polished. You'll be making WAYYY more power that way. Also, while you're at it get the head milled down. Lots of power to be made. If you need any help with the blaster engine let me know, super familiar.
I think I would have aligned the rear axle with the front wheel. If that's off it will give you some weird handling characteristics at speed wanting to push you off line. Looking forward to see it go!
@Nimbus Nimbus Are you building it with him? Because eyeballing it like he did is not the way to do it. It might be lines up to the tubes he bent but not the front wheel.
@Nimbus Nimbus exactly, it will pull right or left and make it unstable if it's not straight. They make tools for motorcycles when you adjust your chain to make sure your wheel is straight even with that minor chain adjustment.
nice build going on this drag mini bike/scooter. i'm thankful you discontinued the previous scooter with the evil death wobble. look forward to your new miata project. the possible mods are endless on those.
Just a word of warning, twl strokes spray a fair bit of oil vapour out of the exhaust that you wont see with your eyes. So you might want to create a little turn outwards on your exhaust so it's not going to blow all those vapours towards your diac brake and not making it as grippy as it should be
If it's not in the way of something else I'd put the motor forward more, so the exhaust goes out through the front of the frame and curves back like it does now. It might help with launching and it might look better too. Just a thought. Still will look good the way it is too.
You always make great videos 👍 thanks for posting 🙂 I would like to make a tool suggestion to add to your list, a metal lathe, I bought one a few year back and it’s really been a game changer for my projects! Just keep an eye out for one on Craig’s list or FB trader, I paid $1600 but I have seen quite a few go for under $1000. Just buy a descent size one, mine is 13”x40” that’s spinning capacity. Try and find at least 8”x 24” or so, don’t buy anything small like the ones sold at HF. Take care and thanks for posting!!!
Put the engine more towards the front so you can have the expansion come out in front of your knee like the banshees. I think that would look dope lol. Dope ass build by the way. I can’t wait to see it ripping 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Hey brother, it looks like the tip of the exaust is pointed at your break rotot. I think that will spray oil omto the rotor and make the brakes useless. Just wanted to point that out. Sweet build as always 🤙
Great video and build, thank you! I'm concerned about one thing though, I'd really like to see you use some better bearings on that rear axle. I gave up using the ones like you have on there years ago because I had too many failures. I'd hate to see one of them lock up or come apart at speed on that scooter.
Hey what’s goin on brother. Got a project going on a little at home aswell. Was wondering if you’d be able to shoot a link to where I could get some tires like the ones you’re running. Nice video 😎🤟
Hope y'all enjoy! This video is shorter than I wanted, but this week has been busy. Major purchases and new equipment coming soon... 🤫🤟🏼
Check out John Fear from Detroit and his 100+hp snowmobile powered mini bike. Awesome build by the way 👍
This ain't your average electric razor scooter you had when you were nine
Dang! With 40-50hp on something that small, it os going to rip!
Wish I still lived with my parents
I was hoping you gonna work back on the turbo buggy before starting something new butt it's all good bro
When the powerband kicks in...
🏍💨
Thank God for guys like this in this day and time that really know what they’re doing trial and error that’s what it takes these are the guys who are and gals who are essential to us today
My dude that rear brake is beefy af, if you catch a flat you can ride the disk. I like it, after all being able to stop is more important
Facts, going forward is just a bonus of being able to stop.
That's what my pop always said

Every little kid needs one of these this is going to be awesome
You totally blew my head with this one in fact you put my Idea into reality with this one awsome man
Every time I see a new video from you your fab skills jump dramatically and your engineering is spit on brother!!!
That thing is going to rip! Hope to do something like this on my channel soon!
Your builds impress me quite a bit! Love that big bruiser of a chinabuggy you turned into something four times as awesome as its original form and fixed up all the weird problems with!

Gotta love the old blaster engines, I used to have a 04 blaster and god if I had the chance to get another one I would any day
That mini bike is going to fly

I can't wait to see you let her rip tater chip!!!! Brap brapp!!
Can't wait to see the complete build!
Just make sure you chamfer the ports in the cylinder but porting it might be a bad idea without using a degree wheel.
May want to add a damper/stabilizer on that front end! Just thinking that at the speeds this thing may reach, it may get a little twitchy. I know it's way early in the build, just a suggestion. Steering stops and such.
Jason Miskiewicz least of his concern is control. Nothing like going fast!
@@louisturner8842 I agree but I'd like to see him making many more videos and not cartwheeling this unit down a strip!
For sure adding that on the list 👍
This is going to be such a badass ride! Stoked you ended up doing a mini dragster!
🤟🏼😁
Personally, I would've did a drift style trike. But I think you'll do good stuff either way. I like your work and videos. Keep it up young'n.

Very good work.
Bravo!!! Pay attention to resistance of tube frame...because you don t have shock absorber!
The stretch is amazing it looks like it’s going to work well
Vasily MADE the HIGH SCHOOL METALWORK TEACHER LOOK LIKE an AMETEUR 😮👍👌🙏
Great post, and I am waiting to see you add a turbo lol - Love how you toss the links in too
This bad boy sweet! Can't wait to see it rip.
Great vid brother. I’m glad to see your channel growing!!! You’re doing great build and I’ll keep watching!!!
That's sick!! I've got a blaster, really want to get the 240 kit next time I rebuild it.
Really like the design of it see you on the next episode from the UK peace out
Nice work bro.
I decided to take my shifter cr125 motor and put it in a mini bike frame based off of your design.
Love the videos
My boi stay with the builds.
Way to go Vasily!!! Loving it already!!
I think I would have aligned the rear axle with the front wheel. If that's off it will give you some weird handling characteristics at speed wanting to push you off line. Looking forward to see it go!

Man that thing is looking sweet!
Great job, as usual. Is it possible to get tired of watching you do excellent work? I'm going to try and find out. Keep it up!
Given the amount of free time a lot of us have lately, id be game.
Great job.. 👍👏👏👏

Get that 2 stroke ported and that thing will fly 🏍💨
Vasily you inspire me to do my own build I will be posting videos
This is going to be sick! I would put a different rear tire on it maybe something off a bigger pocket bike or something but looks great 👌
This thing is going to be so crazy
Really nice job that expansion chamber is huge! You might even struggle to shift gears fast enough lol
I think the frame should be stretched out further, but it still looks good.
Mate, finally getting to watch your vids again.. this thing looks cool as 😄.
You make the fabrications look so easy 👍
Keep up the awsome vids 👍✌
That so badass. that exhaust on that look good..
2 strokes rock!!
Nice , my dream build! But the front forks have to go for more than 1 reason.. Also it need more tire in the back for a drag bike. Love your vids
Incredible, I like the wheels on this thing. Put some wings on it, I bet it'll fly!🛫 Will we ever get another cougar video?? Lol
Looks like a miata man and great work as always hope your staying well in these time
Looking good man!! Gonna be a screamer!!

Yes sir back at it again😁😁😁 .can't wait for that 240cc powerband 🔥🔥
Nice job again bro.
Keep up the good work
love it bud keep building
Let’s goo I’ve been waiting for some sort of bike video
This kid is going to be banking it when he’s older with these skills.
Eli Gonzalez he probably already makes more off TH-cam than most of us.
Wesley Menshouse wouldn’t doubt it. good for him seems like he has no problem with working hard and getting paid for it. Good parents for sure.
Nice Work! :) greetings from Germany 🐻
Really looking good bro keep up
And the diet on the project will surely make it fast
Love it, cant wait!
I love your builds and I was wondering if you could try an electric go kart or something
This thing is gona be badass 💪
Great video and build, thank you!

looks sick bro and what’s that exhaust
SAAAWEEET! As always. Peace.
That thing is great
Nice build
Good job!
Man is your channel ever growing
i'd build and run the bike with the engine as it is, to get a baseline. Then after you get some times, install the bigger bore cylinder and compare
Yooo your pipe is gonna put oil on your brake disk! it aligned perfectly with your brake system
Nice Part,s.
Hey what’s goin on brother. Got a project going on a little at home aswell. Was wondering if you’d be able to shoot a link to where I could get some tires like the ones you’re running. Nice video 😎🤟
They do it different in detroit. Different breed
@Vasily Builds what tube bender are you using? Build looks good also.
Insane!!!! And I love it!!
Натяжка цепи движком это конечно сильно)
Vasily how do you develop your designs. You have really thought through these builds. good work.
Great project. Are you planning a front brake? I think it would be advisable if you're going to ride it on the street.
I have a complete gasket set for that motor I can give ya lol very cool I have a o1 cr 250 that I always want to build a 2 stroke drag bike with
Love you builds dude! Wish I could weld as well as you. Keep it up!
Nice bro.. very awsome
Can I just come hold the camera for u love the content 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Nah frfr
Needs more rake but cool build fore shore
Loove your content man.
Are you finished with the gokart? I really liked the gokart build and would love to see some more about it :)
Front wheel really makes the bike pop! Do you have a link for that one??
www.bmikarts.com/10-Douglas-Polished-Aluminum-Front-Wheel--Cut-Out_p_1542.html

Very cool i love it
Impressive 👍🏻
It’s a Miata guys 😂
8:28 Love the yeezys!
Vasily. one day please do a briggs lo207 build
Hope your garage floor is level. She’s gunna rip!!!
Noob question but what kind of welder is that@ 2:49 ? Is it really point and click?
Have you considered an aluminum tig welded frame?
Привет. Сколько тебе лет и из какой ты страны?
