Any UK watchers,on here now,l am British one here, reminds me of my nightclubbing days ,the academy Bournemouth yessssssss!this is the best band from UK ...
was played at every underground rave in the uk at the time or a remixed version of it first heard them and saw them live at a spiral tribe rave doing a live set in a field blew me away and another live set of a bunch called lfo unreal low heavy bass the same rave
Fun reaction. This song came out in 1992. One time in the mid-2000s, I was at a rave that I was DJing at in Seattle, Washington state, USA, and I heard this song 3 times in one night. Especially funny because I was checking out one of the rooms where a DJ was playing it, and then right when I walked to the other stage, the DJ on that stage was playing it at the same time! It was that popular.
Yep. I'd forgotten his name, but remembered the title. I remember at some '90s raves they'd just play that reggae original tune and that would be enough to get everyone dancing, with Prodigy in back of mind.
I have been blessed to have seen the prodigy a few times they are even better live so much energy and talent. The first time i seen them was the old point theatre in dublin in 1992 the last was slane castle in 2009 were they outclassed oasis who were headlining and oasis were really good but the prodigy were class. To make matters worse my wife was 7 months pregnant at the slane gig not that it bothered her dancing to voodoo people lol. Their music brings back so many happy memories , you will be sorely missed keith. Never seen a guy put so much into a performance physically amazing energy.
G-Bee great shout... I remember "No Good, Start the Dance" which was a number of great songs on "Music for the Jilted Generation" as well as Poison and One Love which I think was used on the film Hackers? could be wrong.
An Ostrich closeup makes for a great low budget substitute for an alien of course. Though the idea to use it for that could still be a random sighting. I can remember my own experience when during a winter, booze-filled hike we shone the light into a pasture to see where we were, and a Llama looked at us in disdain. We cut back on the booze, while we wondered how we walked from Europe to South America without noticing 🙂
voodoo people and medusa's path and climbatize, some of my faves from the prodigy. and all so different from each other too. this group is just so diverse and amazing
For me, it would be pretty much the whole Experience, including the Expanded variant, and pretty much the whole Fat of the Land. It's damn difficult to point out single songs, though. I do have sort of sentimental feelings towards Charly (the drums are so weird!). And if you like Climbatize, you'll like Narayan and Mindfields.
Whats going on with all the reaction videos on utube at the moment on the prodigy?? I love it by the way it brings back so many memories of growing up in the early uk 🇬🇧 1990s !! Rip Keith 🙏 great video by the way great tune
The reason for the ostriches was there was a so-called farm at Hemel Hempstead we used to have raves at solely owners could get away with calling it a farm they had a few strange animals
Hey K, just stumbled across u. If u wanted to know if it was a club banger back in the day...it sorta was.....????? TUNNNNNE 💚. They were more rave/festival fodder n it was the fodder that u could get down on ALL NIIIIGHT. They were the collab of pplz that I met, partied with n they didn't give a flying one. Lastly Keith Flint. RIERP - REST IN EVERLASTING RAVERS PARADISE. 💚🕊💋😔
The Prodigy are like a national treasure in the UK. Such a tragedy about Keith R.I.P
Its is, may he Rest In Peace😢
was supposed to see them in Boston one month before he died. So sad.

The reggae part was sampled from I Chase The Devil by Max Romeo And The Upsetters

Fantastic." Everybody in the place" is another fun track by The Prodigy.

Absolute classic tune from my youth
I believe that when Liam was driving back from a night out they saw an ostrich in the distance after it had escaped from a bird sanctuary.
Really?😀

The Prodigy in UK, The Cranberries in Ireland and Rammstein in Germany - huge around Europe in the 90s. Rip to all!

You *gotta* react to 'What Evil Lurks' by The Prodigy -- their 1st ever E.P. Best tune they ever did IMO.

If you're looking for some of the more upbeat, happy Prodigy songs, I'd suggest reacting to "Wind it Up", Everybody in the Place", and "Fire".
