I just bought an Louis Vuitton neverfull from an LV store but my bag does not have a date code! Has LV stopped putting in date code into the bags? Now that they have a microchip?

As of 2021 they got rid of datecodes and are using chips instead :) if you want to know when it was made you can have them scan your item now and they’ll pull it up that way. Hope that helps.

What about the Design along the top... should it be full squares or atleast close to it? Can you show a close up of the button hardware? Are the "O" suppose to be really round on those as well?
I know this is a 2 year old question, but I just bought a neverfull this week from the Louis Vuitton website. The "O" on the buttons are not perfectly round. They are elongated.

I bought it pre-owned and it has everything you say so I think it's real. The only doubt I have concerns the date code. The one on the bag is different from the pochette and says 26th week of 2018 and the bag was bought one week before as I can see from the invoice the seller sent me. Can you help? Thanks

It’s just so flimsy and can’t retain it’s shape while standing without it warping unless it’s filled to the brim.
So I opted for a much less expensive brand with all the bells and whistles.
