My father passed away in 2019... This song made me cry (so did the episode) but now... It hits on a different level. The anniversary of my dad's death is tomorrow and... Yeah.

I lost my mother on June of 2020. They say that you feel something when someone you love dies.
I didn't. I still don't know if that makes me a bad son or not for being oblivious to the moment of her passing.
We didn't have the best of relationships, but we had a week where we could finally talk. The last words I told her were 'I love you'.
I hope she can feel how much I truly feel this after so long. I don't care if she hates me in the afterlife. I just want one last chance to tell her that she was my mother and that I love her so much, despite out past.
I truly wish she could know this.
