It went well. I made it just in time to give my panel and then spent the next day judging a cosplay contest. Definitely a trip to remember. You have no idea how much you saved us. You said you are a big Batman fan. Is there anything in particular you would like to see built?
When I first saw the preview I thought ‘Yussss!, Proco Rosso!’ Fallout is awesome and as well……I spose, haven’t actually played it but I’ve seen the trailers and the game art so I guess that counts…..right? Awesome build and great to hear you are now part of the greater cosplay community and judging events. With Patients and hard work comes great results, and you are getting those results now!
With a few modifications it looks like it could be that also. I thought it also looked like a character from Borderland too. It's fun to see the opportunities coming up from all the time I have put in

Helmet from Up? When you heat seal, do you use high heat or low heat? I have a 2 position switch heat gun...also, was thinking about the bigly Nintendo game, what about making a huge lord of the rings, ring? Like a foot across? But jolly good helmet
Just watched this again for about the 4th time... and I realized, I have been trying to create a Deadpool mask, MANY attempts, from EVA foam, but can't seem to simulate the seams that are a very visible aspect to its look. there are many people with vids and templates, have multiple, many I have modified to my head and what I feel is a better shape, Including magnetized Eye parts with multi expressions(still working on that detail) but nobody IMO has properly dealt with the "Stich" seams, UNTIL NOW!!! I think this is my answer, so I will soon be off on my 7th or 8th DP mask, using this seaming method.. Just so simple an approach.. Make the "Seam" actually be a seam.. as we all try so hard to not have any visible. If I perfect it, I will make it available to THE WORLD, as you so graciously do with much of your content, which we all greatly apricate.
Sometimes the easy solution is staring you right in the face. LOL. This was my first try using the fabric over the foam, and I loved the way it turned out. My brother looked pretty epic at our convention he wore it to. Let me know how it goes on your Deadpool
I was just thinking the same thing. I found a 3D file fir the ring and was needing the inside part. I’m pretty sure this will work fir the rebel commando helmet.

I remember going to buy one of those helmets. To wear to a premier of Biggles.
It's a pretty classic pilot helmet design. The fabric over foam turned out pretty cool.

I do. My work station is right next to a window that has a 2way circulation fan. And I usually have on a respirator.

LOL. My heat gun kicks on at 650, at that temp you just have to move quick over the surface. Thanks for the suggestion.

Use this a look in the comments of Odin makes rebel commando helmet for the brim template from pepreaka so that u can make a rebel Comando helmet
I was just thinking the same thing. I found a 3D file fir the ring and was needing the inside part. I’m pretty sure this will work fir the rebel commando helmet.
With this basic cap it could possibly be modded into several different builds.
Can you make some dogmeat armor that can be scaled down for a yorkie?
