I went there in 2009 and I cannot relate more than what you are saying. So clean, so safe, so friendly. And yes you have to mingle with the locals. I discovered places I would have never imagined. I hope Rwanda will keep its authenticity.

I traveled solo to Rwanda, and I'm so amazed how friendly everyone I met. If I had a question or needed help, someone is always there to assist me. I love listening to local stories. Some stories are heart breaking, but at the end, I so appreciate their inner strength and drive to motivation to have a better life. The cleanliness of this country impressed me. I hope other African countries would follow Rwanda's effort to keep a clean country. Thanks for the video!

When I worked for Wofford College in SC, they actively recruited students from Rwanda. The person that led the effort told me that the students never complained about their losses from the genocide, instead they spoke of who they still had. "I have two aunties and a grandmother." When I met the students I was struck by their aura; they radiated gentleness and warmth. When I saw your photos with Rwandans, their eyes glowed in that same way.

Truth be told,I looked I saw then I said NO !! I ain’t watching this, FOR OBVIOUS REASONS. Then I listen. To my pleasant surprise I enjoy the video. Love the kind of love that the God that I serve conquers all. I wish we all could get a revelation of that agape love 💕🌺❤️

Great video! I am thinking of going there. Did you get your visa before the trip or at Rwanda.

    • @arnouldtuyizere9849

Actually Rwanda was one of the first country to issue visa on arrival.
So visa is never an issue

You can get it online or on arrival. If you get it online you safe about ten minutes at the airport (and can pay by credit card instead of USD cash)

A good point on how Rwanda is not just about the genocide. Or any country for that matter, should be judged upon the spirit of the people that have overcome their past maintaining a friendly and welcoming smile. Hoping to visit some day.
