    MAIN INGREDIENTS:
    --60g oats
    --100 ml milk
    --30g oat bran
    --65g grated zucchini
    --70g grated yellow squash
    --40g green onions
    --3 eggs
    --1.5 tbsp greek yogurt
    --1/4 cup all purpose flour
    --1/4 tsp baking powder
    --2 tbsp garlic powder
    --1 tsp sweet paprika
    --1 tsp turmeric
    --30g shredded parmesan cheese
    --1.5 tbsp olive oil
    --A little of salt
    --A little of black pepper
    Ingredients for dipping sauce
    --4 tbsp greek yogurt
    --1 tbsp dijon mustard
    --1.5 tbsp honey
    --1 tsp sweet paprika
    --15g fresh dill or some lemon juice
    --A little of salt or to taste
