Your assassins are always gonna go after the lowest HP which is why they fail against the suicide energy team comp. They are baited by Luke while Jaina and Kareolis just destroy. I agree that if you are budgeting your resources and you skipped him, you wouldn't be missing out much. He is as good as the assassins already in the game, just in different ways. His ability to reduce energy, rage, healing and shield is really good. It allows your other assassins to do more damage. So unless you get really high level and you are fine tuning your teams to go against other specific teams, most people will be fine to skip him and wait for another OP hero to invest in.
He is super op but motoko she has better damage overall but with that being he puts a lot of damage as a support hero and after he revives doses more damage from what I’ve noticed. I nearly have him at immortal 😂
what your reason for using a hero set on motoko instead of overload? Also motoko should do more dmg than sam. this makes me think you built motoko wrong.

I got lucky. I've pulled 4 of him in 130 pulls.
I got 1 in 120, yay.
Yeah I got lucky also and got 2 copies in 58 pulls, but then I stopped there to save tickets for the next banner 😂

The Kusanagi I was talking about is Ex 10 Legendary 0, yes she does less.

An Immortal Samael with Ex 20 does more damage than a Legendary 0 Kusanagi with Ex 10 yes. You must not have actually watched the video.
he's no where close to Motoko damage output.
