Risk-taking person here, started the first organic catering business/take away "Andermaal" in the Netherlands, in 1991. Question: are organic quality food-products included, in the assortment of Picnic? Grown on organic farms in the Netherlands? I've looked into the website, and I understand that the time between harvesting vegetables, and fruit, and the arrival at the customer's home is short, which is great. I also appreciate the choice to support the local economy. Are organic farms and food-processers who make jams, cheese, butter, cookies, or snacks, among the producers?
Thank you. I really enjoyed this truly inspiring interview.
Again great stuff 🙂

I believe apart from their white label products, they source directly from the land making it as fresh as possible to increase shelf life
