If you paid that much u probably got the best paint, prep and finish, angelus n the like... Probs got deglazed, resealed n the works. 👍😊
This is so cool wish customisation was more of a thing here in the west, a dedicated shop for customising is super cool cos people may not have the time or means to do it at home

You can do the same in nyc.
For what they showed in the video, you can do it at home for cheap too. I just wish they actually do real serious customizations. But there are some spots in LA and NYC that are real professionals but it is not cheap. This nike shop looks like it was built just for tourists similar to going to an amusement park and getting a photo of you and a friend on a roller coaster.
Take your shoes to any arts and craft store
If you had the time to go customize it in a store why wouldn’t you have the time to do it at home?
I got more paint than that at my home... And I know I would rather let someone who knows about sneakers do this, rather than mess them up myself. I'll stick to painting walls.

If you want to pay for an over priced service only offered on the other side of the world (japan) and you can afford to fly there and customize your shoes feel free to do so. But some of us cant! Or you could always have a young entrepreneur near you that is quite skilled at customizing shoes in your city. Like myself I customize shoes for personal use. And flying to Japan to buy a pair of air force ones seems a little excessive
