Hi. Thanks for the heads-up on Kreinik. I had not heard this news and appreciated the intel as I have a number of Mirabilia and other patterns in my inventory which may be affected should there be a lengthy delay in production of Kreinik metallic threads. I am not sure if you've ever done it - if so, please let me know the episode number, but could you do a video on how to approach / set-up / plot out the tackling of a Chatelaine? I have owned "Serengeti Mandala" for three years now (and it had taken over a year to get everything) and feeling overwhelmed by the prospect of starting it. Another "cool" way of saying pineapple is "ananas" - in French. Take care.
I use the EZ Stitch scroll frames by American Dream, I get them on Amazon. I like the sizes they have and I use the velcro attatchments. Note the Hummingbird tile is on a generic craft store scroll frame, which isn't my favorite but gets the job done. I wouldn't say the EZ stitch frames are top for tension, probably the more expensive and elusive Omanik Frames would be your best bet if drum tight tension is important for you.
Just found you👍. I didn't realise you could get Chatelaine in tile size so thank you for mentioning it. Both my son and daughter have loads of tattoos, when they have them done they have lots swelling, yours doesn't. What do you run over them to keep them from drying out too fast please? Off to watch previous video's. Stay safe🤗🇬🇧
Mine was swollen a few days right after, it’s a few weeks healed in this video. I use dermashield dressings the first week after tattooing then a balm for about a week after.
I love seeing all the projects in your lineup. Chatelaines are stunning. Thanks for sharing
Oh that hummingbird tile! ❤❤❤
As always I adore seeing your beautiful stitching. AIDA is such a sweetie. Thanks for the info on Krenik.
Hummingbird is stunning ~~~~

Omg! We need more Aida features!!
She’s in the room every video, usually snoring 😂
Love your fabric selections and all of your projects! What brand of scroll frames do you use and is there one that you feel gives the best tension?
