For the size and location reasonable yung price nya medyo outdated lang for my taste yung design.. medyo naliitan din ako sa mga window.. pero ang sure sa bahay napaka secured sya.
tingin ko matagal na sa market yung house based sa color ng spacing ng tiles mejo need na ng restoration. nung nagawa ata yung house wala pa masyadong house / tao sa area kaya puro grills. pero tama ka it feels like naka house arrest ka. sana lang pwd maalis yung grills by screw.

Napuntahan ko itong bahay. Maganda naman. Maayos ang layout. If binabaan pa sana ng konti yung price, I couldve pulled the trigger. Nagsettle tuloy ako sa mas pricey na house but with better quality materials and bigger lot. Btw, wala ito sa loob ng enclave so security may be an issue.
