It worked for me and after seeing ur video I was able to create my we chat a/c in India
Step 1 :- connect vpn (i used singapore server) & (vpn used Shuttle Vpn)
Step 2 :- Open we chat &Sign-up using Facebook
Step 3 :- use other country phone number I used my friends Bangaladesh number
Step 4:- complete the puzzle verification
And wala ur a/c have been successfully created
And there will be no QR verification

@@forwardgaming2112If it asks you for the QR code scan then you close the app and put in all the info again and keep doing it until you get on the verification screen.

The first part I thought it was blood strike
if when making an account they ask you to scan an Qr code, literally just back out and then try again and the SMS verification will appear
