This is a very great video. I've done it differently, but this seems so much easier. However, I'm editing a PhD in APA 7 where they have Table 1 and the heading on separate lines. Table number is bold and heading in italics and it is in double spacing. I've tried your system by highlighting both, but then both appears on separate lines in the list of tables with a page number for each line. I hope there can be some explanation on how to do this APA 7 does not give any further guidelines.

How do I skip to another number? Suppose there are tables in Chapter 1, so I named them Table 1.1, Table 1.2 and so on. But now I don't have tables on Chapter 2. Then on Chapter 3 I have tables. How do I skip to Table 3.1? I hope you understand what I am saying.
