I think walk ins are no longer allowed as of Sept. 2022. You will be needing to schedule an appointment for yourself or IMMEDIATE family members only (exclusively parents or children) or apply for visa via travel agency. What we have shared here was based on our personal experience and may change over time depending on current application procedure. Went to korean embassy yesterday, the line was so long. Some of them were there since 12am. Di ako umabot sa cut off slot, 280 applications lang per day. 60 people lang nakapasok, coz some of them were agencies and 25 applicants dala nila. And my number was 169. Since last week daw, mahaba na lagi pila. When bts announced the free concert. So we just had our visa processed by the agency na lng. Then the agency told us that, starting Monday, the embassy told them na by agency na lng processing ng visa....if ever you don't have plane ticket yet, don't apply visa muna. Sa sobrang daming nag apply.....I hope this helps sa mga visa applicants

They give numbers, if nasama ka sa slots they give. Since kmi di nasama, walang stub #....if u don't have plane ticket yet, better delay your application, sobrang dami ng applicants. That's why we opted for agency

I would suggest you request for a COE na may wet signature. Para rin extra sure. Yung una naming punta ng Korea, I was still employed then and I submitted talagang may wet signature from HR kasi di nagbibigay ng digitized COE samin before. feeling ko rin kasi mas may peace of mind ka pag ang sinumbit mo ay may wet signature. Hellooo, also just wanted to ask in your experience regarding COE, kasi sa site sabi po nila need din daw ng hr e-mail address which normally di naman po kasama sa pagkakaalam ko, in your case, were you able to provide COE including HR’s e-mail address? Thank you
best to mention nalang po siguro sa HR for them to include the email address. para sure and safe ❤️ in our case, self employed kami kaya di kami nagprovide. but when I was still employed, narequest ko naman sa HR yun and pumayag sila to include. nilagay nila sa letterhead. hope this helps! ❤️☺️

Nilalagay pa ba sa passport ung visa label or sticker? Kase may nabasa ako na visa grant notice nalang ang iprint then ipakita sa immigration. Sa case nyo nilagay pa sa passport ba ang visa label? Thanks

They make important announcements there regarding requirements and IF they still allow walk in (like what we did) or not anymore. You can also call their landline number to further verify if there are so many applicants lately and the lines are long SO you can opt to apply via travel agency. How about yung ADB po ng payroll account? Will it affect my application? Kasi pagkapasok ng payroll, transfer agad sa joint account namin or pay ng bills so most of the time wala talaga siyang laman ☹️ Or before ako kumuha ng bank cert and soa, ifund ko muna hehe
@@shielaquizon i think isubmit mo nalang both hehe. para sure. 😀 regarding the ADB, honest to goodness, i think it matters kasi hindi yun irerequire if wala syang value dun sa document. it validates yung laman ng SOA mo and the cash flow. though syempre edge din naman if the acct is really funded bago kayo magpay ng bills and everything. 🙂 basta be truthful on your docs. for sure hindi naman mataas ang ceiling nila sa income kasi nung unang beses kami nagpunta ng SK, sapat lang yung laman ng acct namin. hehe 😀

Hello there is currently a revised process in getting Korean visa. Different from what we experienced. By appointment na sya ngayon and only immediate family members can set appointment for each other (ex. spouse and children). For complete updates, best to check the Korean Embassy’s website. Hi it was my 4th time going to korea. I just have a simple concern. Usually kasi they put stickers on the page of your passport pag approved ka, I received the same letter like what you guys have received and it was approved pero walang sticker yung passport ko, nakalimutan ko itanong kanina. Yan na ba yung visa yung paper copy? Medyo worried lang ako umalis kasi ako agad ng embassy di ko na natanong. Would appreciate your answer. Thank you

HELPPPP. I'm planning to go to Korea for the Cherry Blossom season and will be staying with my SO so I'm not planning on getting any accommodation booked. My question is that, will this affect my visa application? My SO is Korean American. He holds the US Passport but the family has a place we can stay in Seoul. It'll be my first time in Korea. I'm so confused whether to put him as someone who invited me to Korea or not since he holds the US Passport. HELP. Do I just book a hotel instead? Trying to make sure I don't get my visa denied or be offloaded by the IO.
If you are not married yet, I dont know if a SO has a bearing during visa application. You will be needing a proof of relationship and I am not very sure what document you can pass in this case. I think it would be best if you contact the Korean Embassy itself to give you a more sound opinion regarding this. Hello, you dont need an invitation letter from a korean or any company. You just need to be employed or self employed. If unemployed, you’ll be needing a guarator who is an immediate family member. Funds should be enough on your itinerary. Depende sa number of days and tour na gagawin mo. 😀

Hi Moe, is it normal for other banks na they don’t provide the ADB sa bank certificate? When I requested kasi, di daw talaga sila nagpprovide ng ADB pag nagiissue ng bank certificate, just a bit anxious about that.

I already went there last week po to get the bank certificate and statement then ayun po napansin ko walang Average Daily Balance 😕 sa bank cert but there is a column na available balance so when I verified it po sa kanila di daw po talaga sila nagiissue ng bank cert with ADB, iba daw po un sa Available Balance na column
Also, parang manually din po crineate ung bank cert in my case instead of the system generated kasi di po nagkasya yung Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Republic of the Philippines sa header 😅🥲. Just wanted to ask if ok lang din po kaya na Embassy of the Republic of Korea nalang para safe na system generated? Pinakita din po kasi nila sa akin ung bank cert na system generated and Embassy of the Republic of Korea lang kasya 😅 and at the same time, wala ding ADB po un 🥺 so sorry for asking a lot of questions but I truly appreciate your replies 💜

Pero since mag asawa kami pwude lang pala isahan nlang pagbigay kahit dalawa yung application forms ?
@@ljsy6849 sa case po kasi namin, si hubby lang po ang pumila para sa dalawang application. Wala po kaming cover letter. Bale, 1 submission pero 2 visa applications. Regarding bank statement, naka-joint account po kami. Pareho po kaming owner ng bank acct. Ang ginawa po namin, nagpaprint ng dalawang copy. Tag-isa kami per application. Kino-consider po ng embassy na personal bank acct ang joint acct. Maganda po magsubmit kayo ng personal bank cert and SOA as required ng embassy. Ang important nakapangalan po yung bank acct mismo sayo or sa inyo if joint kasi yun ang requirement ng embassy. Siguro po makakatulong sa case nyo kung mag attach kayo ng PSA marriage certificate. Or the best, tumawag po kayo sa hotline number nila para super sure. hope this helps ❤️

Di ako umabot sa cut off slot, 280 applications lang per day. 60 people lang nakapasok, coz some of them were agencies and 25 applicants dala nila. And my number was 169. Since last week daw, mahaba na lagi pila. When bts announced the free concert. So we just had our visa processed by the agency na lng. Then the agency told us that, starting Monday, the embassy told them na by agency na lng processing ng visa....if ever you don't have plane ticket yet, don't apply visa muna. Sa sobrang daming nag apply.....I hope this helps sa mga visa applicants

They give numbers, if nasama ka sa slots they give. Since kmi di nasama, walang stub #....if u don't have plane ticket yet, better delay your application, sobrang dami ng applicants. That's why we opted for agency

I would suggest you request for a COE na may wet signature. Para rin extra sure. Yung una naming punta ng Korea, I was still employed then and I submitted talagang may wet signature from HR kasi di nagbibigay ng digitized COE samin before. feeling ko rin kasi mas may peace of mind ka pag ang sinumbit mo ay may wet signature. Di ka kakaba kaba. 😀

They make important announcements there regarding requirements and IF they still allow walk in (like what we did) or not anymore. You can also call their landline number to further verify if there are so many applicants lately and the lines are long SO you can opt to apply via travel agency. Hello there is currently a revised process in getting Korean visa. Different from what we experienced. By appointment na sya ngayon and only immediate family members can set appointment for each other (ex. spouse and children). For complete updates, best to check the Korean Embassy’s website.

My question is that, will this affect my visa application? My SO is Korean American. He holds the US Passport but the family has a place we can stay in Seoul. It'll be my first time in Korea. I'm so confused whether to put him as someone who invited me to Korea or not since he holds the US Passport. HELP. Do I just book a hotel instead?

If you are not married yet, I dont know if a SO has a bearing during visa application. You will be needing a proof of relationship and I am not very sure what document you can pass in this case. I think it would be best if you contact the Korean Embassy itself to give you a more sound opinion regarding this. Hello, you dont need an invitation letter from a korean or any company. You just need to be employed or self employed. If unemployed, you’ll be needing a guarator who is an immediate family member. Funds should be enough on your itinerary. Depende sa number of days and tour na gagawin mo. 😀
or another case could be, if hindi enough yung funds mo as employed or self employed, pwede rin magkaguarantor who is an immediate family member.

Hi Moe, is it normal for other banks na they don’t provide the ADB sa bank certificate? When I requested kasi, di daw talaga sila nagpprovide ng ADB pag nagiissue ng bank certificate, just a bit anxious about that.

I already went there last week po to get the bank certificate and statement then ayun po napansin ko walang Average Daily Balance 😕 sa bank cert but there is a column na available balance so when I verified it po sa kanila di daw po talaga sila nagiissue ng bank cert with ADB, iba daw po un sa Available Balance na column
Also, parang manually din po crineate ung bank cert in my case instead of the system generated kasi di po nagkasya yung Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Republic of the Philippines sa header 😅🥲. Just wanted to ask if ok lang din po kaya na Embassy of the Republic of Korea nalang para safe na system generated? Pinakita din po kasi nila sa akin ung bank cert na system generated and Embassy of the Republic of Korea lang kasya 😅 and at the same time, wala ding ADB po un 🥺 so sorry for asking a lot of questions but I truly appreciate your replies 💜

Kaya may copy din ako ng financial stat nya . Kc sya mag fifinance sakin . Nakalagay kc sa site na 1 queue 1 application. Pero since mag asawa kami pwude lang pala isahan nlang pagbigay kahit dalawa yung application forms ?
@@ljsy6849 sa case po kasi namin, si hubby lang po ang pumila para sa dalawang application. Wala po kaming cover letter. Bale, 1 submission pero 2 visa applications. Regarding bank statement, naka-joint account po kami. Pareho po kaming owner ng bank acct. Ang ginawa po namin, nagpaprint ng dalawang copy. Tag-isa kami per application. Kino-consider po ng embassy na personal bank acct ang joint acct. Maganda po magsubmit kayo ng personal bank cert and SOA as required ng embassy. Ang important nakapangalan po yung bank acct mismo sayo or sa inyo if joint kasi yun ang requirement ng embassy. Siguro po makakatulong sa case nyo kung mag attach kayo ng PSA marriage certificate. Or the best, tumawag po kayo sa hotline number nila para super sure. hope this helps ❤️

@@kingenrique397 you need to secure a slot in the embassy’s website. No walk-ins are allowed starting october yata. For those traveling with family, you can apply for them, granted they are your immediate family: spouse, parents, children.
