We all love spending time in the kitchen, we love creating new things and recipes in order to improve our dishes or try something new and become better chefs at home so that we can host the best parties. So, in this video, we are sharing with you some amazing hacks and recipes that you can try in your kitchen for a delicious meal!
What better way to start your morning other than having your delicious homemade jam on your toast accompanied with some orange juice. In this video, we show you a quick and super easy way to create your own raspberry jam! In a bowl add one pack of raspberries, one tablespoon of lemon and one cup of sugar. Mix and mash all the ingredients together and then place the mixture in the microwave for 5 minutes until it melts and cooks. After that transfer it into a mason jar, refrigerate it and there you have it! Your very own homemade raspberry jam!
For those of you who are prone to knife cuts especially when you cut veggies, we show you how you can use a phone ring with a metal lid container in order to cut your veggies and protect your fingers
All of us love the taste of mozzarella and cheese bites, so in this video, we also show you how you can create your own mozzarella bites using bread and slice of mozzarella. Simply take some soft white slice of bread, press it in the middle with your finger and then add the mozzarella piece on top. After that add another piece of bread and crop it using a drinking glass just as we demonstrate in the video. After that add the little bites in some egg wash and then in a bowl filled with breadcrumbs. Finally, fry them in a pan for 5 minutes and voila.
Cutting food is a major skill that all chefs acquire over the years they've spent in the kitchen, so we also share with you some knife tips you can start learning today in order to improve your cooking skills and save time as well. We show you a quick way yo finely cut an iceberg using a peeler instead of a knife. In addition, we show you how you can cut a cake into smaller pieces without having to serve extra large pieces to your guests!
