Revlon is so underrated. I feel like no one talks about them anymore. And maybe they don't come out with as many new and exciting launches? But they have some fantastic products.
I hope Revlon makes it out of the money trouble. When I was growing up Revlon and Max factor seemed so glamorous. I would love for them to make a comeback and maybe rock the drugstore eyeshadows game. We could really use good, affordable pallets.
They've just released brand new products so hopefully they'll be ok! They have some absolute bangers. Including one of the ONLY foundations that come in fair/light olive undertone especially at the drugstore.

Revlon was like a dirty word🤣🤣🤣 I went into the big world with those values and for years used only Mac. It was only when I hit 35 y/o that something had changed. I started learning about makeup and skincare and gradually realized how out-dated these kind of paradigms really are. I discovered Maybelline, L'Oreal, Revlon in the last 18 months.. can you believe it? And only later started exploring brands we don't have in the Israeli drugstores, like elf, wet'n'wild, nyx etc. And boy was I surprised. My favorite Summer foundation is the colorsaty. Some ppl say it qualifies as Estee lauder double wear dupe. Can't say cuz I haven't tried that one yet, but what I can say is that it lasts over 14 hours on my combination, Atopic, not so young, and far from perfect skin. And thats in the Southern district of Israel which is basically Judas desert. Really hot during July-September. For the reference: True match is my winter foundation. I can't wear it after mid June. So... This foundation is truly amazing, with or without powder. I love its finish, its not too matt. The lipsticks are also excellent. Haven't tried the powder yet nor the concealer. Have to ASAP! Thanks so much, Lisa. You are one of the very first TH-camrs I followed in the very beginning. You taught me about brushes, how to contour and so many little tweaks, tips and recommendations I followed. I wish I could tell you this over a cup of coffee. The Revlon creme eyeshadows are some of my favorite cream shadows...one of the only cream shadows that doesn't crease on my oily lids. You should try the colors :Honey, creme brulee and praline all beautiful colors.
@@daniellezadora7637 Some are shimmer and some are not. Most are shimmery though. They last all day on me but my skin is dry and late 40’s but if it was going to crease it would have and they don’t on me. 🤷🏻♀️I hope that helps!

My mother would only wear Estée Lauder Doublewear, until I introduced her to Revlon Colorstay foundation. She kept both on hand, used EL for work as she was a public figure. Used Revlon the other days. I love the Revlon blush as well!

I use the Revlon cream shadows as bases, kind of like I use Mac paint pots. Your eyeshadow will be bulletproof for hours! Edit: Praline and Espresso are gorgeous neutrals too!!

I purchased the Revlon foundation after watching your video but haven’t tried yet. But I did also purchase the Revlon liquid lipstick in the same shade and LOVE it!! The first liquid lipstick I felt was comfortable as well. Usually they aren’t and don’t play well with glosses but I have been able to top with a gloss or just wear on it’s own. Can’t wait to pick up the cream eyeshadow!! That was a beautiful color and exactly what I would choose! 😉I love how quick and easy cream eyeshadows can be. I agree, the cream eyeshadows are outstanding - I love the Caramel shade as it's so easy to wear with anything AND, depending on the shade of matte shadow used with it, will lean warm or cool!!! Maybelline color tatoo cream shadows are goof. My favorite is High Roller. You can wear cream eyeshadow in the pool or in the water so I love them. Maybelline has a new Sky High mascara primer by the way. I love the Loreal Infalliable bronzer. You can wear it in the pool or water in general too. It is waterproof. Happy Holidays!
I just bought the Revlon creme eye shadow in "Praline" - have only tried it on my hand so far and thought the texture was so wonderfully light and the look not overly glittery. The brush it comes with is actually useful too.

I’ve used the Revlon Colorstay foundation for years and years. I always waste money trying the recommended high dollar foundations but I’ve never liked any of them as much as the Revlon Colorstay. Looking forward to trying the cream eyeshadows
That Revlon crème eyeshadow looks like a dupe for the Charlotte tilbury oyster which is $32…crazy expensive…..glad you’re feeling better….to be sick anytime is 😩😩😩😩especially so during the holidays ….Happy New Year sweet friend ❤️

I tried the combination skin version of the new reformulated Revlon Colorstay foundation (you had the dry skin version) and I was surprised at how much I liked it. I wore it all day on Christmas and it wore and looked beautiful. I thought on my mature skin it would look heavy or show imperfections but it didn’t. I’m sure primer and powder helped, as they do with all of my foundations, but it’s in my everyday makeup drawer now. I heard Revlon filed for bankruptcy??? I sure hope they pull through. Revlon has a new foundation called Illuminance Skin Care Loving foundation (something like that) and I want to try it, but my shade is sold out everywhere.
LOL. Yes, I remember MAC Trax shadow. It was one of my favorites. I still think MAC shadows compete and rival anything else on the market. I must be honest, I have not used any Revlon products since L’Oreal entered the market. Today’s video made me want to try a couple of things. Especially the foundation.
I picked up the caramel ete shadow as well as a darker brown. They're so easy to work and really pretty. I'm disappoined though that a green is not easy, and it hard to get any color.

Good morning Lisa, beautiful everyday look. I have 2 of the Revlon crème shadows, but have not really played with them. But~~ after watching how you applied yours, I am going to go play. Lol. I have used the cream white one in my inner corners, but seemed hard to work with, not much pigment to it. So will for sure use both and see what I come up with. Prayers for complete healing of your congestion etc. what do you recommend for dry, eyelids and under eyes? I use Neogenesis eye gel Tx and Benton eye cream, I don’t know why my eyelids are so dry, even applying eye primer, they separate, Mac paint pod in painterly is so so very drying. And every concealer, separates and so flustered. I’m 61 and oh I also use 3/ week Dr.Dennis Gross eye gel retinol Tx. ( I have cut back to 1-2/ week). Always enjoy your tutorials. Your so precious and soft spoken. Can’t wait to be able to purchase your smaller brush collection for eyes and face. 🙏🙏🙏

That Revlon Colorstay lipstick is a major favorite of mine because it lasts all day, isn’t matte but isn’t sticky. It also doesn’t dry out my lips. It hit the scene before the popular Maybelline satin inks but I think it’s just a bit better in formula as long as you apply a thin layer and let it set down it lasts all day for me and wears off gracefully. No makeup remover is usually needed. My favorite colors: 007 and 001 both nudes of course lol. I heard the foundation was reformulated recently so I may give it another try. Last time I wore it in the normal/dry formula it gave me the worst polka dot pores ever. I had to wipe it off and it did it whether I used primer or no primer I tried it all and same results. I’m leery to try it again but maybe it will work now? Anyone have the same experience with the old formula?

I tried the combination skin version of the new reformulated Revlon Colorstay foundation (you had the dry skin version) and I was surprised at how much I liked it. I wore it all day on Christmas and it wore and looked beautiful. I thought on my mature skin it would look heavy or show imperfections but it didn’t. I’m sure primer and powder helped, as they do with all of my foundations, but it’s in my everyday makeup drawer now. I heard Revlon filed for bankruptcy??? I sure hope they pull through. Revlon has a new foundation called Illuminance Skin Care Loving foundation (something like that) and I want to try it, but my shade is sold out everywhere.

LOL. Yes, I remember MAC Trax shadow. It was one of my favorites. I still think MAC shadows compete and rival anything else on the market.
I must be honest, I have not used any Revlon products since L’Oreal entered the market. Today’s video made me want to try a couple of things. Especially the foundation.
I picked up the caramel ete shadow as well as a darker brown. They're so easy to work and really pretty. I'm disappoined though that a green is not easy, and it hard to get any color.
I've had my eye on those Revlon shadows for a while, and now I've got to buy a few. They're on sale at Walmart for $7.22 .

Good morning Lisa, beautiful everyday look. I have 2 of the Revlon crème shadows, but have not really played with them. But~~ after watching how you applied yours, I am going to go play. Lol. I have used the cream white one in my inner corners, but seemed hard to work with, not much pigment to it. So will for sure use both and see what I come up with.
Prayers for complete healing of your congestion etc. what do you recommend for dry, eyelids and under eyes? I use Neogenesis eye gel Tx and Benton eye cream, I don’t know why my eyelids are so dry, even applying eye primer, they separate, Mac paint pod in painterly is so so very drying. And every concealer, separates and so flustered. I’m 61 and oh I also use 3/ week Dr.Dennis Gross eye gel retinol Tx. ( I have cut back to 1-2/ week). Always enjoy your tutorials. Your so precious and soft spoken. Can’t wait to be able to purchase your smaller brush collection for eyes and face. 🙏🙏🙏

That Revlon Colorstay lipstick is a major favorite of mine because it lasts all day, isn’t matte but isn’t sticky. It also doesn’t dry out my lips. It hit the scene before the popular Maybelline satin inks but I think it’s just a bit better in formula as long as you apply a thin layer and let it set down it lasts all day for me and wears off gracefully. No makeup remover is usually needed. My favorite colors: 007 and 001 both nudes of course lol. I heard the foundation was reformulated recently so I may give it another try. Last time I wore it in the normal/dry formula it gave me the worst polka dot pores ever. I had to wipe it off and it did it whether I used primer or no primer I tried it all and same results. I’m leery to try it again but maybe it will work now? Anyone have the same experience with the old formula?
