Dusre desho me population kam hone se har ek student ko acha apparatus and lab equipment milta hai jisse vo log practical knowledge rakhte hain.. yaha to class practical me bhi ek equipment ko 50 log gher ke khade rehte hain ghanta practical knowledge milega. To majburi me students theory parh ke sirf exam nikaalna chahte hain.. kare bhi kya? The problem is not unwillingness to learn, the problem is overpopulation and lack of resources.

Sir in ward leonard, the shunt field wdg of M1 is directly connected with supply and will remain constant. I think only generator output will vary because of field regulator thus speed of M1 varies accordingly.
