Unfortunately I can't do that without having a fully geared FA and WI at the same time... changing class, selling old items and buying new ones takes 3-4 months at the very least + costs too much for my budget, and within that time a new update usually arrives, which would make any comparison already outdated.

It actually fails often but that's because of a dumb misclick or wrong MP potion timing, but either can easily be fixed if you pay the slightest attention :D But if you use it together with the other 2 skills then it's pretty effective. We'll see what happens in the next update with the class rebalancing part.

Ahoy master watchman need your opinion for my newly bought weapon CM sigmetal orb +20 1/3eu, 10/15 du 16%CDI all 3slot amp (is this a good weapon?) haven't unsealed it yet.
Ahoy! I would suggest extreme 3/3 if you buy any weapon of that scale, but then again I'm not familiar with prices on your server. Here, extreme 3/3 but +18 is cheaper than +20 without 3/3, and extreme upgrade gives more stats. Besides, I'd also recommend not getting a weapon with full amp slots unless you already have 65-70% rate without it, AND you have enough crit damage from extreme upgrades, or other sources.

Ahoy! Well... WI's damage is definitely higher, at least 1.2-1.5 times more. But defense and survivability is proportionally lower. You can't rely on healing saving you any time, no evasion, lower defense rate, and no option to remove unmovable debuff in wars, so if you meet a FB you're instant-dead. But on the other hand, SS and regeneration have instant-cast and they are guaranteed to work unlike evasion bonus from QM, so often they are better. And WI can blink, which is faster than the best bike in the game. So neither of them is better than the other... perhaps in some specific situations - but the reason I returned to WI was just for fun: I enjoy WI more, and I can tell you the same: play what you like more. It's a game!
They are run by the same company, receive the same events at the same times, and we are both the last ones to get any update, so yes, basically the same :) Only difference is, the GMs who manage the EU server reside in the US, so the support is mostly limited to NA and EU only gets a tiny attention in their free time when things are REALLY screwed up already, or they are very bored.
Drops were always terrible in AFT2... ring is basically the only thing it's worth farming for but with its rarity you barely get back the price of entries in a party of 6-7 in the 100 runs it takes to get 1 ring.

Is it worth using elemntal festival cancel in bm2 since if u fail u waste like 7 secs or so for almost no dmg

I never had any gear higher than sigmetal. Well, except for FA but that was an entirely different thing :)
