I’ve commented on this numerous times below, but I’m putting it here as well. I did not leave the bottom on the plunger simply for the fact that this one came from Dollar Tree, it is very flexible, and will not hold the weight of the tree if you just glue it down as is to the tray. Even if you stuff the bottom, it will lean. If you want to purchase a more costly plunger, then do so. I keep my videos as closely related to Dollar Tree items as possible.

Somehow i missed this video. This is super cute and a great idea. I love the truck so i hope i can find something like it to use. Adorable! Love the idea and definitely worth making. Maybe as a suggestion, work the first layer of twine down as you are gluing and then back up the other way while capturing the string of lights. Can't wait to see the next video.
I did it the way I did because I was trying to press the string of lights in between the stalks of the leaves as much as possible to try to keep it as flat as possible.
I made one and am working on my second one. I used to live in NY and now am in Florida. I miss the leaves changing. Thank you so much. I have fall leaves. Yeah.
Adorable! Very creative. I am going to make a couple for my outside craft area. Took a long table and put it just off the covered porch and created a whole spring scene so now I will transition to fall. Visitors are so inspired they head to hardware and craft stores to create their space. Such fun. Love your channel. Will become a new follower.🍂🍂🍂
