LOVE that even though when your horses can no longer do 'their' job u still keep them and love them as sadly it isn't the case for all, ALL horses have a purpose and deserve nothing but a loving home wether they can be ridden or not it's so lovely to see how u are with all of yours ❤

I get a lot of people just constantly pointing out the fact that we have lots of retired horses and a couple of lame horses but people never look at it this way^^^ We make a commitment when we buy horses that no matter what we have their best interests at heart! Can’t just throw them away when they can no longer do the job you want them to do! These horses have each given me wonderful memories and experiences and the least I could do for them is provide them with a safe home where they can continue to be cared for and loved through their retirement❤️ Thank you for understanding😊xxx

1st time on your channel (I watched all 3 of your meet my horses). I have so much respect for you and your family to keep them all, even when their career is ended.
Harriet is just like my gelding, he's 4 rising 5 and I tried to back him last year and he was proving extremely difficult and we couldn't do It at the time and didn't have the money to send him away for backing although I was a little picky who he went too as I don't want to ruin him, so we have him the year off and are hoping to completely restart him this spring/summer to see how it goes, I cant wait to see how he turns out and he is a major pain in the rear end for tipping over his water bucket every night, no matter what we do he always manages to tip his bucket over and completely floods his stable x
I have, he's the biggest pain in my rear end 😂 I've even screwed a bucket to a wall he still managed to RIP it off over night, every morning I'd come up and I'd find my water bucket outside of the stable and the tire on the opposite side of the stable 🤣

I use to ride a really grumpy horse called Cassie she is a grey mare but we had such a great bond once when someone else was trying to mount Cassie kept trying to walk over to me❤️🐎

You should give the Shetlands and minis a makeover! Give them baths groom them and brush there messy mop of hair 😂 minis are so hard to keep clean trust me I had a paint mini
At my old yard we had a miniature Shetland just 26 inches tall 😂 sadly she passed away last year, she was unwell for a few days and we constantly had the vet out but they couldn’t find anything - turned out they think she had a brain tumor which heamourraged overnight one day :(
