They're under contract with management that prevents them from disclosing their sexualities and/or relationships (and their true selves in general, to be fair, in order to maintain a certain image that is believed by said management to keep them making money), and until that contract ends, then they don't have the freedom to do so. They're basically forced to conceal a huge aspect of themselves, which is beyond twisted and damaging, but hopefully once that contract with their management comes to an end, they'll either amend it if/when resigning or find a new management company that don't force them to repress who they truly are. And if Harry does want to continue in Hollywood, for the sake of actually gaining and keeping a career there, he would be advised (not by me, I might add, I think it's utterly disgusting how LQBTQ+ people are treated still to this day) to remain in the closest otherwise roles will be denied to him.
