We stayed at the stunning Planet Hollywood resort, a massive and luxurious retreat that truly exceeded our expectations. After settling in, we freshened up and indulged in a mouth-watering dinner featuring grilled chicken and pork which reminded us of Pork Sekuwa that we used to eat back in Sombare and Mangalbare bazaar in Nepal. Likewise, we also ate authentic Mexican street food-delicious tacos that left us craving more.
