I'm not saying this because it's your channel, but my best F1 memory is of when you won 2016. It was so intense because the title wasn't decided until the very last lap and corner, I remember my heart was pumping as fast as a hummingbird, and then I had never felt so much joy from an F1 event as you crossed that finish line and secured the title. Last time I felt near that emotion was when Kimi won 2007, but your title far surpassed it.

MARCH 28, 1993: I was 6 years old. By that time I already liked cars a lot and it's hard to describe what F1 Sundays used to be in Brazil back in the day. There was so much hope, pride and joy among the whole country to support Senna. It was like a world cup game... there were no differences, just everyone cheering as one. I didn't understand much about F1 or how the rain would affect it, but I do remember my dad yelling at the TV between beers. I also remember Senna's Theme (which was called the victory theme in Brazilian TV) when the race ended. I saw the crowd rushing into the track and carrying Senna in their arms. My parents kissed each other while cheering. I didn't know exactly what was happening, but I knew that its was pure happiness. I know we all miss Senna, but for me its hard to put in words how briefly and deeply was his influence over me. RIP Ayrton.

Never been on the Mercedes sim but as a general with proper racing sims the car reacts more like the car and obviously because your strapped in they simulate some forces as well as you can actually “feel” the grip of the car the wheel gives a natural amount of feeling for grip.

In the F1 games don't simulate load transfer well. this is why there's never corner-entry oversteer, and breaking/lifting mid corner may help by reducing speed but you don't feel the front 'bite'. This is also why there's a lot of understeer (what would be corner entry oversteer becomes understeer), and people say the car feels like a hovercraft. This is a deliberate decision, as load transferring can be very punishing for gamepad players. Gran Turismo has somewhat similar problems.

My favorite F1 memory is my (recent) first GP at Interlagos 2019. I've always been a F1 fan, but never attended the actual race. I was rewarded not only by an amazing weekend, but with a lot of new friends that shared my excitement with the sport and motorsports. I attended every session and every day, from when the gates opened until they closed.
Sunday's race was one of the best days of my life. I was sitted at the end of the "Reta oposta" and saw more action that day than I could ever hope for. I saw K Mag Spun, Verstappen fighting lewis, Gasly defending 2nd place with his life, Charles Ferrari soaring pass without a tire ,and all the intense safety car restarts.
The cherry on top was the fact that I've always been a Valtterri fan, and I really hoped to see him perform well. By a matter of fate he retired his car right in front of where I was sitted. Although it was painful to watch him retire, I could see my favorite driver up close.
