It may be possible that the bobbin thread is not properly threaded in the bobbin case. To thread the bobbin case please follow through the below-mentioned process.
1. Place the bobbin into the bobbin case.
2. Pull the thread into the bobbin case slot.
3. Draw the thread under the tension spring and into the delivery eye. Leave about 10 cm (4˝) of free thread.
