នៅថ្ងៃទី ២២ ខែធ្នូឆ្នាំ ២០០៨ យោងតាមព្រះរាជក្រឹត្យក្រុង កែប និងស្រុកដំណាក់ចង្អើរត្រូវបានកាត់ចេញពីខេត្តកំពតហើយត្រូវបានតំឡើងទៅជាខេត្តក្នុងពេលតែមួយជាមួយខេត្តប៉ៃលិន និងខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ។

We spent a few weeks at Kep and Koh Tunsay several years ago. It was so nice and quiet and a lot of seafood. We then crossed the border from Kampot to Ha Tien, Vietnam. We took a ferry from Hat Tien to Phu Quoc Island (former Koh Trol) and we stayed there a another two weeks. Koh Trol is very big island and they also have a huge airport and major highway on the island. There are so many resorts and seafood there. Cheers!
