INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 All purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup oatmeal or whole oats
1/2 cup cashew
1/2 cup raisins
buttermilk - 1/2 tablespoon vinegar+ 1/2 cup fresh milk
2 tablespoon honey (optional)
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil or canola oil
3 oz cupcake liner
size 16 ice cream scooper
bake for 20-30 mins at 160'C
yield 12 pcs oatmeal and nuts muffins
